Charlie POV
I looked at the screen on my phone figuring out that it was 4:15 in the f*cking morning when some idiot decided to ring me.

"What?" I snapped at the person on the other end of the phone.

"Oh hello, is this Charlie Addison?"

"Who wants to know?"

"It's Kelly from St Cathrine hospital, I'm calling to tell you that Alison Graham has gone into labour."

"F*ck, sorry, I'm coming"

I jumped of bed, chucked on a pair of jeans grabbed the birth bag that I had made for Alley and ran down stairs. I took Marks keys and raced to the hospital.

...

I ran threw the front doors in a panic and frantically asked the girl at the front desk where Alley was, she pointed me down hall.

I burst into the room to find Alley lying in a hospital bed crying, her mother was sitting next to her holding her hand.
"Alley" I breathed.
She looked up at me and smiled, I could see she'd been crying for a while, her face and eyes where red and her hair was wet from what I guess was a mixture of sweat and tears.

I knelt down beside the bed and took her hand into both of mine.

"Um... Where's your shirt?" Lisa looked at me, she smiled slightly. I looked down at my bare chest realising I forgot to put a shirt on before leaving.
"Aahh, whoops?" I saw her chuckle, maybe she was starting to like me.
"I've been here for hours. Can you stay with Alley while I get some coffee?" I nodded as Lisa left the room.

"Hours? Why didn't they call me sooner?" I looked down at Alley.
"They tried, you didn't answer." My stomach dropped. 
"I'm so sorry" she looked so scared and I was at home sleeping when I should've been here with her.

"Aaa, it's happening again" Alley called out in pain, clutching her stomach.
"Breath, everything is going to be ok" she shook her head.
"I'm scared" said as the tears started filling her eyes again. I didn't know how to help or what to say to make the pain go away. So I just held her hand until she fell asleep.

...

"It hurts, it really hurt, ow, arr, ow"

"Here hold my hand" she squeezed my hand.

"I can't do it... I can't do it" she squeezed tighter. I hugged her tightly, and rubbed her stomach in hopes to make her feel better.

"Help me"

"I wish I could baby, I really wish I could" it hurt to see her like that, I got her into this mess, I'm the reason she's giving birth, the reason she has to become a teen mother. I feel so guilty, so f*cking guilty.

Alleys POV
I'm having a baby! It hurts and I'm scared. I'm tried and scared and don't want to do it!
"Amanda's here" Charlie told me.

"Hey Als, it's been a while" she looked at my with the warm smile she tends to always wear.
"I got this" she said to Charlie with a hostile tone.

"No way, I'm not leaving her"Charlie stated protectively.

"D*ck"

"Mandy" I said but I was to tired to really do anything. I know she doesn't like Charlie because of what happened but she's going to have to get used to him.

Charlie squeezed my hand when the tears came back. The pressure on my back was almost unbearable, it felt like period cramps multiplied by getting hit by a train. It felt like being stabbed by a hot poker.

"The doctor says your getting closer" Mandy informed me. I just nodded because I didn't know if I could do it.

"Everything's going to be ok" they said at the same time.

Then the doctor walked in.
"If you could step out, it's time"
Charlie looked at me hesitantly but did as he was told, kissing me before he left "I love you, Alley"

"I love you too"

"Ok, are you ready?" The doctor asked

"How much is it going to hurt?"

"It's completely natural, just think about the baby, think about your daughter"
