Chapter 62

(Kristen's POV)

"Avery's here guys!" I yell as I look out the front window.

"Avery!" I yell and run over to her.

"Kristen!" She yells back and hugs me.

"How was Florida?"

"Good! I got to see all of our friends and family and Caleb's family. It was so much fun." I smile and hug her again.

"Hi Caleb!" I smile and hug him.

"How are you Kristen?"

"Good." I smile and Gavin comes out to say hi.

"Daddy wait!" Noah yells and runs outside.

"Oh my god! He has gotten so big!" Avery laughs and kneels down to Noah's level.

"Avery!" He giggles and hugs her. I smile and Avery stands up with Noah in her arms.

"Mommy's having a baby!" Noah smiles and points at me.

"She is? I didn't know that!" She laughs and kisses his head. We walk inside and Avery stops when she sees both of my parents.

"Noah, go play." She says as she sets him down. She smiles and hugs both of my parents.

"It's so good to see you guys, together!" She laughs and so does my mom. Caleb shakes my dads hand and hugs my mom.

"Thank you for letting us come over here." Avery says and smiles.

"No problem, plus Kristen was always asking." Dad laughs and I smile at him. The kids run down the steps and smile.

"Avery! Caleb!" They hug both of them and Avery smiles.

"You three have gotten so big!" She says and laughs. Avery smiles at me then looks at Caleb.

"Okay, well I'm going to start dinner and you guys can chat." My mom smiles and walks to the kitchen.

"Avery come with me!" I say and go up the steps, with Avery following.

"Gavin and Caleb can come up too." I say and she shrugs.

"Leave them downstairs, it's girl time." I laugh and close the door. We both sit on my bed and she smiles at me.

"I can't believe they're back together!" She laughs and I nod.

"I know! It's so crazy!" She smiles and looks around my room.

"So what else is up with you?" She asks and walks over to my memory board.

"Well... I'm having a girl!" She turns around and smiles.

"No way! Are you serious?!" I nod and stand up. She hugs me and laughs.

"What's the name?"

"Not telling you." I smile and laugh.

"Kristen! You have to tell me! I'm your best friend!"

"Only Gavin and I know." I laugh and she crosses her arms. My door opens and Gavin and Caleb come in.

"Hey." I smile and Gavin hugs me.

"What are you two talking about?"

"She's trying to get the baby's name out of me." I laugh and Gavin smiles.

"You can keep trying, but she won't budge." Avery glares at me and sighs.

"I know last time you were pregnant it would be Mabry if it was a girl. Is it still that?" I shake my head and laugh.
