Surprise (part 2)

Chapter 28

(Kristen's POV)

Last night was a good last night. I got a vlog uploaded right before I passed out around two in the morning. I woke up around five to get the last few things packed.

"Gavin wake up." I shake the bed and he sits up.

"I'm up, I'm up." He says laughing. He grabs my hands and pulls me onto the bed. I laugh and lay my head in his lap.

"Are you ready to go home?" I shake my head and sit up.

"I don't want to go home. I want to stay here in Idaho with your family." He kisses my head and I lean into him.

"We can visit whenever. You know my parents won't mind." I nod and stand up. He also gets up and changes.

"Kristen, can you change Noah?"

"Yea I'll dress him." I wake up Noah and find an outfit for him.

"What do you want to wear?"

"CTFxC!" I smile and find a tee shirt with a bass on it and some dark jeans.

"What about this?" He nods and I find his chucks, a present from Charles.

I get new pull ups for him and change him into his outfit.

"Why not a CTFxC shirt?" He asks, sad.

"It makes grandpa sad." He nods and reaches for me. I lift him up and knock on the bathroom door.

"Come in." I come in and smile at Gavin.

"You got Noah all dressed?" I nod and get the gel to spike Noah's hair. Gavin messes around and spikes his hair. I quickly flatten his hair.

"This is the first time you are seeing my dad in two years, don't do that it looks stupid." Gavin looks down at his shoes,

"I'm sorry I didn't mean it like that. I'm stressed because I don't know if my dad even likes you and we are telling him I'm pregnant again. Just leave your hair like normal ok?" He nods and kisses my head.

"You should fix Noah's hair though." I look over at Noah and his hair is sticking up all over the place.

"Noah!" I laugh and get a picture of him. I take a wet brush and run it through his hair. I spike the front up and close the gel bottle.

"Oh Noah, what am I going to do with you?" He shrugs and giggles. I lift him up and leave the bathroom.

I go downstairs and set him down.

"You want to eat?" He nods and follows me to the kitchen. I smile at Colette and hug her.

"Thank you for letting me stay here while Gavin was gone."

"You're welcome, visit anytime you want ok?" I nod and hug her again.

"I'll miss you."

"I'll miss you too, and congratulations." She kisses my head and we let go. I get some oatmeal made and sit at the table once it cools down.

"Noah! Do you want some of my oatmeal?" He comes running into the kitchen and climbs on my lap.

I feed him a few spoonfuls then he runs off again. I smile and watch him play.

"He's a good kid. You're really lucky." Colette says watching him play. I nod and smile at her.

Gavin comes down a little later and gets some breakfast.

"Ew oatmeal?" He laughs and sits next to me.

"You can't say that Gavin! That was your favorite food when you were younger." Colette says and I laugh.
