Entering Lake Town

*Fili's POV*

We were on the boat. It was really foggy out and we couldn't see anything.

'Watch out' I heard Bofur yell.

I looked up and saw that we were only a couple of feet away from a large ruin. Bad just simply turned the boat barely missing the ruin.

'What are you trying to do, drown us? Thorin said.

'I was born and bred on these waters Master Dwarf, if I was to kill you it would not be here' Bars simply answered. I seen Dwalin and Mili glare at his back. Balin was counting the money.

'We have a small problem, we appear to be 10 coins short' Balin said.

'Come on Gloin, pay up' Thorin said.
'What no, I have been led on those journey and what have I seen, nothing but misery and grief-' Gloin said before cutting himself off. He stood up like all of us. We were staring at the mountain. We could see it. We were almost there.

'Here take it, take all of it' Gloin said handing him a pouch of money.

'The money give it to me quick' Bard demanded.

'No, we will pay you after you give us what we asked for' Thorin said.

'We can't trust you' Mili added.

'Give it to me quick, there are guards up ahead' Bard nearly yelled.

Balin handed him the money. Bard pointed to the barrels and told us to climb in.

'What about me?' Mili said. 'There is not enough barrels.'

'Share' Bard said clearly annoyed. He pointed to a barrel which just happened to be mine. Great now I'm going to be stuck in a barrel with my sister. Just great. When we were all in Bilbo said that he could see Bard getting off the barge. He also said that he was shaking hands with someone.

'He's selling us out' Dwalin said loud enough for us to hear. No one had anytime to answer because some slimy stuff came down on top of us. It was horrible. And it hurt a small but. When all the fish was in out barrels I could just about see Mili's face. I heard her curse in dwarfish. I heard Dwalin curse as well. He kicked our barrel.

'Quite.'

'I'm gonna kill him' Mili whispered to me.

'No you won't' I whispered back.

'Why not' Mili pouted.

'Because I said so.'

Mili gave up and just sighed. I had to laugh at this she looked so funny. I felt the barge stop. And I heard muffled voices. All of a sudden our barrel began to tip. Some fish were falling out. We are going to be caught.

'Stop' I heard some one say. Our barrel stopped tilting. There were a few more muffled words and the barge continued on. Shortly after our barrel fell over. Mili hauled her self out. I could tell she was mad. I quickly climbed out to see her marching to wards Bard. She really was gonna kill him. I ran up behind her quickly and grabbed her by the waist. I picked her up and dragged her back towards Thorin.

'Why are you carrying your sister?' Thorin asked.

'Because she was gonna stab Bard' I answered.

'I will kill him, I don't care how but I will' Mili shouted.

'Shhh' Bard yelled. Mili tried to get out of my grip but failed. If I let her go she would kill him. Thorin and Dwalin just stood there laughing. When Mili finally stopped wiggling around, I made her promise not to kill him. When she finally agreed, I actually got the chance to take in my surroundings. We were in Lake Town.
