Everyone started to walk over to the maze entrance. "Where are they going?", asked Thomas. "Minho and Alby should be back soon come on." Thomas and Newt walked over with everyone else. They went to the front and waited for the runners to return. The doors started to close and Minho and Alby weren't in sight. "They're supposed to be back by now," said Chuck( who Thomas met yesterday). Just as Chuck finished they saw Minho and Alby in the entrance corridor, Minho dragging Alby on the ground as fast as he could go, with the doors closing slowly. Everyone started cheering them on," COME ON FASTER FASTER!!!" "No ones survived a night in the maze," Newt whispered to himself, but it was loud enough for Thomas to hear. "They're not gonna make it." Thomas understood what Newt meant and launched himself into the closing doors of the maze. Newt tried to stop him but was too late. Thomas was barely squeezing through the doors with everyone shouting," THOMAS NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!" It was too late to go back, and Thomas was already in the maze with the doors closed. " Good job," said Minho," You just killed yourself."
