Can help
In many ways
To speak up
To give someone else a voice
It can be bad to
When you say the wrong thing
When you need to shut up
But you just keep talking
But sometimes
It's the voice inside
That scares you
It's the one
That makes you doubt yourself
The one that can make the decision to hurt yourself
All of the bad things
It can pull from your mind
It can encourage all of the bad things you think about people
Even when you fight it
They're still there
The voice will always be there
