Friends?

"Come on she's our best friend, and we always help our best friends. No matter what. ALWAYS!" My bestie Nathaly said. I was just sitting there trying to enjoy my vacation before we had to leave.

"But its not my fault that my two best friends are caught in this. its definitely a case of unrequited love, but what I don't understand is how someone CAN'T like him. He's definitely the sweetest guy ever" I responded.

"If I didn't know any better I'd say that you actually like him" she said wiggling her eyebrows making me explode into a fit of giggles. She's right about that, but like I'd ever tell anyone.

My name is Paige and I really do like my best friend Sam. We just met this year and we quickly became friends, but everything was thrown into slow motion when he told me that he like my other best friend Sky. Much to my dismay I've been helping him trying to get closer. All of us are in the school band and we went to the beach for a much needed relaxing vacation/ competition. And no we are not BAND GEEKS!!!

"Come on he's gonna do something stupid again and only you know how to stop him" she said pushing me towards him.

"Just like always huh?" I responded with a smirk. I got up from my spot and walked over to Sam. He was about to walk over to Sky, with that lovestruck smile on his face.

"You do know that your worse that a pre-teen girl fawning over Justin Beiber. Sky has eyes for someone else. Sorry to make you sad and all that. Plus we are at the beach come on time to go swimming and actually look happy" I was pulling him toward the water but at the last second he actually went toward the water making me lose my balance and go crashing down toward the water. With a splash he looked my way and fell down on his own laughing hysterically at me. 

"Now your gonna get it" I glared at him but soon he helped me up before I could get my revenge. He hugged me making my face heat up from his skin contact with me.
