Chapter 4 -Dates and disasters

" oi James over here" beau called him over

He had already seen my glaces towards the boy so it was clear he was calling him over on purpose " I literally hate you" I glared at him and he laughed

James took a seat next to me and beau  and they high five beau started giving the names of all of us and nodded his head as he said each name " this is anna" he said giving Anna's side a Squeeze, " and this is Beth" beau smiled looking at me. James looked up staring at me and he gave me a grin " hey Beth what's up" he smiled " hey and I'm good thanks" I said blushing.

I stood up brushing the sand from my bikini " I'm gonna go Get a drink.

" il come with!" Sasha shouted she ran over to me grabbing her bag, " we better shove a shirt or something on cause we can't walk in like this" I laughed pointing to our swim suits

" your right one sec" Daniel handed her his shirt and she quickly pulled it over her head. Cute as fuck they were

I looked round for my bag, shit.

" I left my stuff at home fuck" I panicked

" don't worry about it were on a beach anyway so you look the same as everyone else" keelie pointed out

" there could be creepy guys fuck that!" James stood up " he removed his shirt and handed it to me

I couldn't help but let my eyes travel down to his stomach, his abs clearly visible

" here take this" he said waking me from my trance. " no it's okay don't worry" I half smile

As Sasha and I go to walk away he pulls me back " Beth put this on I'm not about to let you walk into a shop in a bikini" he hands the shirt to me and I pull it over my head. " thanks James. I won't be long and il give it back" I smile

" keep it you look cute" he grins

I laugh and join back up with Sasha

" I dunno about you but I'm craving chicken nuggets" she says pulling me towards McDonalds. " When do you not crave chicken nuggets" I laugh

" true as fuck! I have something to tell you anyways" she speaks

"What's up?" I ask frowning

" well Daniel thinks everyone seems to be hitting it off so I invited the boys to stay over tonight. Do you think it's a bad idea?" She said biting into her food

" nah it'll be fun it's nice to know some people here and we did say we wanted to make memories"

" that's what I was thinking! Niamh and Luke haven't left each other's side, em and Jai have been talking none stop since we got on this beach, beau clearly has a huge crush on Anna
Brad told Molly she was hot, keelie and Connor look like they're gonna fuck eachother any minute and Michael already told Daniel he likes Lucy!" She said loudly

" okay okay I get it! There's a lot of romance with everyone" I laugh

" that just leaves you and James, you like him don't you? Cause he clearly has something for you" we start to walk back to the beach

" how do you know that?" I turn to her

" oh please he practically begged you to wear his shirt" she raised her eyebrow

I feel my face starting to blush at the memory

" see your going red! You do like him!" She jumps up

" okay he's cute! But I don't know sash" I say rolling my eyes

" well looks like lover boys waiting over there" she points over to James who is already looking at us

When we get back we find out that luke and Niamh have went on a walk
Brad and Molly are in the water
Connor is currently putting sun tan lotion on Keelies back and looks like he is loving it
Daniel now has Sasha sitting on his knee
And beau and Anna have not moved since we left still in deep conversation together
They were clearly gonna be the next In a relationship.

"Where's Lucy gone?" I ask sitting next to James

" her and Michael went to go find someone for us to all eat" he smiles at me

" oh we're all going out for dinner then?" I ask him
" yeah, it's basically a date, I'm gonna ask my girlfriend to come" he smiles  

With that I feel my heart shatter.
