Chapter 20 - 19:35

My mind went numb and I felt as if I couldn't hear anyone. My mind was focused at the sight in front of me. Daniel lay there so peacefully he looked so young his hair in his face.

The doctors unhooked him from the machines leaving him be " we will give you all a moment" they nodded.

Everyone was crying and Luke and Jai was trying to help Sasha, beau was crying and the girls sat in the floor, James sat on the chair his head in his hands.

" Sasha look at me" I bend down

She looked up the mascara running down her face

" do you want to take a minute outside? Or do you want to be with him right now?" I was trying to speak to her as calmly as possible to try and calm her. She sniffled " be with him" she choked out. I nodded and helped her up as James watched me.

She took slow steps over to him and perched on the end of the bed talking to him like she was just minutes ago.

I walked over to James and he pulled me onto his knee. " what am I going to do Beth" he sobbed. I looked over to beau Luke and Jai.
You all need to be with him right now he's your best friend.

Sasha walked back over to me as the boys walked over sitting with their best friend.

I comforted her as one by one everyone finally got a chance to sit with him. I pulled keelie over to Sasha " sit with her she's a mess right now" I whispered and she nodded

I walked over to Daniel sitting by his side
" hey skip" I whispered.

" how is this even real. You can't leave us now Daniel were just getting started on everything, you have a kid on the way we need you" I started to cry

I gave him one last hug before we had to leave the room.

We all looked over one last time before going to leave the room.

Just as keelie opened the door we heard

" oi where are you all going?" We turned round and Daniel was sitting up in bed looking confused.
We took one look at each other before screaming
