Chapter 12 - Stick Together

James POV
We had been in this shitty prison cell for just over 2 Months and I hated it. It felt like every time me and Beth took a step forward we had to take two steps back

Of course I had to drink and drive that night.

Flashback

" you need to cheer up bro you will work things out" Daniel said taking a swig of his beer. Work had been shit so we were just chilling downstairs with a few beers

I said nothing just taking drinks from my bottle Jai came in and sat beside me " I feel like going out tonight" his eyes were red from the alcohol

" so let's do it" I spoke up truth was I couldn't sit in this fucking house any longer

As I reversed the car and sped along the road me and the boys Kept drinking and laughing blasting the music and to be honest. I felt good it felt nice to push my problems to the back of my mind, I turned round to speak to Jai totally forgetting my hands where on the wheel, the look on jais face made me turn back aware of my surroundings
And that's when everything went black

*flashback ends*

" James yammouni?" A voice spoke

" you have a phone call "

* MYSTERY POV*

" James, James yammouni" isn't it I laughed

" and who the fuck is this?" James answered sharply

" that's for you to find out later, just know that now your out the way il do everything in my power to keep your little girlfriend away from you" 

And with that I clicked off the phone chuckling

Beth's POV

" oi Sasha" we lay on the sofa taking in turns to eat out the big bag of crisps lying between us

" yeah?" she turned to look at me

" do you think things will be the same. You know, when they get out" I frowned

" I hope so" she sighed

The shrill sound of the house phone rang through the room and I got up from the chair to answer

" hey Beth" James voice spoke through the phone

Excitement rose in my stomach it felt so good to hear his voice " hey! Are you okay" I couldn't help but smile

" yeah I'm fine are you okay!?" He sounded panicked

" yeah I'm fine why? Me and Sasha are just watching a movie" I look over to see her hand poking over the chair as she does a peace sign and I can't help but laugh

"Ah okay I was just wondering" he seemed a lot more relaxed

" oh okay then"
" listen I have to go but il phone you tomorrow, I love you " he says

" I love you too" and the phone clicks off

" sash that was James he was -"

" I just got a text, DANIEL IS BEING RELEASED" she jumps up and down

" ARE YOU SERIOUS OH MY GOD" and for the first time in months Sasha has never seemed so happy
