It was a typical Friday for Duke's; Full of random customers. I couldn't even lift my head from the coffee machine due to all the orders. Taylor and Nicole was sitting at the front where I couldn't see them behind the counter. Em... I had no idea if Em came or ditched the group as yesterday. I guess you can say that I was responsible for that mess.

Sighning I began making another latte for an old lady. Adam was constantly giving me orders after orders although it's pretty amazing that there is so much customers since, we are not so popular around the town.

After doing my 100th coffee Adam lightly touched my shoulder.

"Take a break Mel." He said softly smiling. I smiled back, feeling relieved since my hands started to literally burn from all the hot coffees.

I took my apron off and left the counter. I was going to see Nicole and Taylor but I needed to use the bathroom as soon as possible. You know it's not so easy working around liquids all day.

Once I opened the bathroom's door I heard someone crying. What the... I made my way inside. There was no one to be seen and the voice came from a stall. I bend over and looked all the stalls, trying to find something that would prove a human being was in fact here. And as I went and looked at the last stall I saw slightly dirty, black converces. I knocked the stall, the one where all the sobbing and crying was heard from.

"Excuse me miss, are you alright?"

There was a long silence before a petite voice spoke back.

"Y-Yeah." The voice sobbed. I just stood there not knowing what to do since it was pretty clear the lady in there was anything but okay. But thinking it wasn't my business I turned away and began walking to the door.

But then the girl kept sobbing and crying harder, it really was annoying, not in a uncomfortable sound way but like, the thought of the girl being so broken in there really touched me. So I decided to see why she was crying.

I pretented to leave when I opened the door and shut it back but still staying inside. After a few seconds a familiar girl came out, looking worse than ever. Why was she crying?

"Dani?"

She trembled when she heard someone else was still there and as soon as her eyes saw me she frowned in confusion. Her tears still streamed freely yet she stopped sobbing looked more relaxed.

"Melanie?"

I took a step forwad holding her by her arms. I didn't know why but I felt very protective of her, like she was my lost sister that I deeply cared. It sounds really shitty but I owed her that.

"Why were you crying?" I asked firmly, demanding an honest answer.

She looked up to me and I could see her debating with herself whether she should tell a stranger or not. But in the end she decided otherwise fortunatly.

Sighning she pulled away from my arms and rested against sink. She looked down to her feets before speaking.

"I like a bitch."

I laughed softly, couldn't really holding it in.

"A bitch?"

She looked at me and smiled. Seeing her smile only gave me the relief of knowing that she was still capable of doing such a thing which made me relieve.

"Like... she is the scary queen B and I am just a girl who has a crush on her." I kept listening as she continued.

"She knows I have a crush on her for decats and makes fun of me, mocks me." She said sighning again, starting to get teary again. I stood there with a deep frown on my face.
