'Kiba your gonna fall if you don't stop' I warned him laughing at my crazy friend that almost tripped.'The view is great, come up here shorty!' He held out his hand.
I thought about it for a few seconds and thought why not. I walked closer to the ledge we were on at the sandy beach where the blue water was right below us and the sky was with faint colors of pink, purple and orange. I stood behind the brown headed boy seeing that he was in the perfect angle that the warm sun shined on his shirtless body and the slight breeze was blowing in our hairs.
'What are you doing silly, come here' He said
Before I got to question him on anything, Kiba's already pulling towards his chest. We didn't fear the fact of getting closer to the end of the piece of grassy land; the view before our eyes was as if it came from a painting. I felt the same muscular comforting arms around my waist and my head was settling on Kiba's bare chest feeling the rapid beating pulse of his heart beat. This was perfect, almost like a dream; having an amazing time with my boyfriend.
'Aww, is this what you be dreaming about all the time. How pathetic can you get'
My nerves were alert at the mysterious low voice that lingered like it was surrounding around us. I looked back at Kiba to ask if her heard the strange voice, but was mistaken as in seconds Kiba's body was down the hill back where the sand settled with the whole gang of friends. To take off the weird tension I had, I walked back to the group seeing them laugh and chat about possibly anything.
'Hey guys what's up?' I chirped
I waited for a reply but only gotten disturbed expression from everyone as if I either had two heads or with questionable look. I was standing between Ino and Shikamaru as I saw them with the same faces.
'I'm sorry but who are you?' Sakura asked
'Come on guys, stop joking' I laughed out but still saw everyone with the same expression.
'Ya'll really don't know who I am, I've been known you guys since we were all in the academy and Shika's my Onii-san' I flailed my arms in the air getting frustrated quicker than usual.
'I'm sorry but I never seen you in my life'
I looked to my right where the despicable sentence came from and saw Shikamaru look down at me. My own brother didn't remember me, nobody did; this has to be a nightmare or something, I know who would know me.
I turned to find Kiba in the cluster of people and couldn't feel my feet move with me like they were trapped in the sand. Instead I forgot all about it and yelled out his name; my voice was gone all of a sudden leaving me mute and frustrated. Kiba finally turned around to where I was facing him but he cocked his head to the side giving me a funny look like everyone else.
'Who are you?' His words left a ringing in my ears.
'You try to make yourself be known like the rest of the pathetic people you thought were your friends, but as you can see not even your big brother remembers you. Your just....a shadow'
That voice; the same mysterious voice, I wanted it out of my head. I wanted it out now!
It felt so strange and foreign seeing as they just went back to the conversations forgetting I was there that quickly. The bumbly nausea feeling in the pit of your stomach of being out cast like a piece of garbage. I knew this scenario could've been a dream; nothing but a dream, but the things I see, hear, and feel are just too real to imagine.
