"The names Nara Akaruikage, best friends with the next Hokage of the Leaf village who is Naruto Uzamaki. Now scram before I get serious" Still in a monotone voice.

In a roar of dust, they fled the scene leaving only Naruto and I in silence. I looked back at my yellow blonde friend and could see I was even scaring him. I pulled my hood back a little and blowed out a sigh I never thought I had in me showing a small smile to my friend getting into my lazy posture once more.

"You Ok bud?" Placing a hand on his shoulder. He scratched his neck " Yeah arigato Akarui-san"

"No problem..except.."

I swung my fist on the top of his head knocking him to the ground. I heard him yelp in pain with spinning spirals in his eyes.

"What a pain Naruto, you need to think more about what your getting yourself into, what was you even doing? " I scolded him with boredom dripping through my words.

"Gomen'nasai, I heard that they were talking about going to a secret spot that only real shinobi knew about and I wanted to come along" He pouted as I shook my head but smiled " Naruto know who your true friends are and not the phonies, ok"

Boys are so troublesome, but Naruto is different in a good way that people never could see with their own beliefs on him, he smiled back at me forgetting the lump in his head completely. I wanted to go back to the ramen shop but I'm pretty sure everyone already left to their separate ways. I saw Naruto walking down the opposite way I was facing and decided to tag along. I placed my hands in my pockets while I let him talk continuously about his favorite ramen flavors, until a question popped into my head that I just had to ask him.

"Hey Naruto?" Cutting him off and looked at me

"You think that Sasuke kid on your team got a duck butt on the back of his head" I joked. My friend laughed "Absolutely "

I laughed with him until I felt a presence behind us, and I looked at Naruto seeing that he suspected it too. Looking back I sweat dropped finding a lame excuse for a sneak attack, but like Naruto; I don't think he got it quicker than I did.

"Pretending to be ...a rock" I hear him whisper with his chin stuck in between his thumb and index finger.

He took a few steps ahead of me while I watched the box follow him and when he stopped the box would stop, eventually he was running back and forth while the person in the box chased him. I watched with boredom striking my face as anyone could tell if they looked.

This is such a pain.

I bent down using the proper hand weaving signs whispering out my jutsu waiting for the right moment to catch the victim ...

I reached out my shadow that connected to there's keeping them in a tight grip feeling them struggle a bit. Naruto stopped running and looked back at it.

"Shadow possession jutsu complete" I smirked

"There's no such thing as a perfectly square rock with perfect holes!" He shouted pointing a finger at it in disbelief.

I sweat dropped at him, was he really that clueless about the scheme?

He said "Its totally obvious"

"Just what you'd expect from the man I respect. You are my rival aren't you? " The box spoke in a familiar childish voice.

Naruto looked shocked and the fake rock poofed into three colors. I helded my arm in front of my eyes releasing the jutsu waiting for the smoke to clear, not taken back by three academy kids coughing up a storm that were crouched down on the ground.

"Hey! That's too much gunpowder!" The boy with the long blue scarf coughed out.

They fell silence looking at me and back to Naruto then me again and to the blonde boy in front of them. They started introducing their selves one by one; a girl with orange hair tied up into two high pigtails said her name was Moegi, another boy with snot flowing done his nose and that wore glasses introduced his self as Udon and last but not lease scarf boy as Konohamaru.

They called them selves the Konohamaru Gang. Instead of the villages head protectors, they had goggles wrapped around their foreheads almost reminding me of someone.

"Oh" Naruto replied folding his arms behind his head.

"Oh... your reactions have been pretty cold these days "The Konahamaru said raising his fist at him.

"So, did you want something?" Naruto said nonchalantly

'Is he that clueless of a ninja, gosh I gotta choose my crazy friends more closely'

" Oh! Hi Nii-San your back from your trip" Moegi exclaimed happily running to wrap her small arms around my waist.

I patted her head and said my greetings to the familiar little ones.

"Akarui, you know them?" Naruto asked shocked of the formality I have with the children.

I walked over to the small boy with round glasses pulling out a handkerchief to clean his continues running nostrils. I stood up to my regular height and looked back at Naruto that stood in front of Konahamaru.

"Yeah, just only on weekends if I don't have a mission. I take care of the three troublemakers... speaking of which, Konahamaru.." I said in a warning tone

I saw his small body shiver as he could tell what was possibly going to happen. He answers anyways with a shaky breath, " Y-Yes Nii-San-"

My shadow claws already captured him in a grip that he couldn't release from before he had a chance to run again. I walked over to him with his back facing me; once I was right behind him I placed my hand on his brown tuff of hair and spinned him around to face me. His orbs showed slight fear and I could hear the hard shatter of his teeth banging against each other.

"What did I say about using gunpowder for your little games?"

He stuttered "T-To only use-use it when training..". I nodded "And?"

"And when you want to get away from a stranger or a pervert" I patted his head in approval.

"Great job even though your still a pain shorty" I smiled

" Akarui your almost the same height as them" Naruto flapped his gums out earning a tick mark feeling on my temple.

I had the urge to gently pound the whisker-cheeked boy out of existence. I sighed, tucking my hands in my pants pockets. Then a thought came to mind.

" Aren't y'all midgets suppose to be in the academy right now?" I asked to the three stooges.

"We got to get out early!" The high pigtailed girl exclaimed almost too confident for my liking, but oh well.

" And what's with the goggles too?". They immediately took notice of my awareness of their fashion sense and smiled saying it was because of Konahamaru meeting Naruto that it all started.

" We even got something to remember you by nii-san.." They turned their backs to us and imprinted at the middle bottom of their shirts was a white crescent moon print that I never even noticed from their clothing.

My face felt warmer from the situation and decided to wave the feelings off.

" I think she likes it" Udon smiled

I sighed "Y'all are such a pain"
