"Akarui morning!" Choniko waved happily beside our other teammate.

"You seem to had a good sleep" Achime monotone spoke out in a sarcastic tone and a yawn came from both of us. "Yeah, it was a pain"

"I'm guessing the same stuff happened to yall yesterday as well with the ambush" Achime said stuffing his hands in his pants pocket.

Choniko and I nodded our heads and held a second of silence getting ready to go inside for the exams. On que, we all looked at one another confirming our final decision and opened the double doors and up the flight of steps going pass a hall with a bunch of people surrounding at one door.

"I don't get it, this should be-"

"It's a genjistu, let's go" Achime settled it cutting off Cho's investigation.

Achime POV

Once again me and Cho opened up both doors to let Akarui go first then us to be in a large room packed with other shinobi that didn't get fooled by that trick downstairs from different villages according to their head bands. My head turned back to the doors to see Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke walking in. No seconds later, Sasuke was getting tackled in a embrace by Ino; knowing how Sasuke is with the fan-girls he wasn't all thrilled to being grabbed on by the cheery blonde flirting with him once again. Sakura got annoyed by the looks of it then once again go into a useless fight with Ino yelling out insults to each other.

"What's up with this?" A lazy voice spoke out.

"Onii-chan?" Akarui questioned.

"Are you guys going to do take this bothersome exam, too?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yahoo! I found you!" Another familiar voice rung through.

We all turned our heads to see Kiba, Hinata, and Shino walk over to our little group. To be honest, when I first met Kiba I thought his hood was his real hair. I watched as the dog boy and Akarui share some type of look and quickly hid their faces from each other; aren't they dating yet?

Akaruikage POV

The nightmare washed over me like a tidal wave seeing everybody in a cluster similar to the dream, but shook the wanting to curl in a corner moment to the back of my mind.

"H-hello Akarui-san and Na-aruto- sa-an" Hinata greeted in her usual whisper.

I waved back at her walking away from my brothers side to be in between Cho and Achi. Akamaru barked 'good morning' to me and said my hey's to the teams. Shikamaru started getting tired about the fact that we're all here and Kiba agreed calling us the '12 rookies'. Going into being his cocky self challenging everyone with his words.

"Shut up. I don't know about Sasuke but I'm sure won't loose to the likes of you " Naruto yelled at the fanged boy.

"I'm sorry. Nar-ruto. Kiba didn't mean it like that..." Hinata said

"Huh?" Naruto yelled

I still can't believe Naruto hasn't figured out Hinata likes him. My attention was caught to Choji with his usual bag of chips in hand stepping over towards Kiba and looking at Akamaru hungrily but Shino stopped his footing in mid-way and did a small talk that I was too lazy to listen to the rest.

My eyes scanned the surrounding area I didn't view yet; seems like every nation placed their best here today, great now the test will probably take longer. Through the crowd my eyes landed on the unique color of soft sea green orbs staring back at me.

The said person had his teammates observing our loud group as well with the others. I still can't place my finger on that red head, he looks like a normal frustratedly kid like ourselves. But then, why do I get this unusual feeling in my chest that tightens up every time I feel his eyes staring in my soul.

His body stood straight with arms crossed over his chest like last time not leaving the scowl behind either. The bizarre bubbly sensation won't leave my stomach; it's like the moments where you remember someone from your past but forgot their names until it's at the tip of your tongue ready to just shout out the answer. Except you forever still have that forgotten puzzle piece.

'Shu...'

The voice was back; it seemed to have calmed down rather than last night. Even though I knew I was the only one that heard the voice; his eyes seemed to widen.

' Could he really hear the voice?'

And just as how quick and mysterious it happened, it vanished in milliseconds. His orbs still stared into mine wondering just what the hell was going on.

"Hey guys" I haven't heard that voice before.

All at once, all 12 of our heads turned to view a older guy with silver-white hair like Kakashi who wore round glasses that was walking to us instructing us to be quieter, I had a bad feeling about this nerd.

"You guys are the 'rookie twelve' ....fresh out of the academy, right?. Carrying on like that with cute faces. this isn't a field trip " He asked facing toward Ino.

"Who are you anyways" Choniko said to the mysterious guy.

"I'm Kabuto Yakushi. Anyway take a good look around you. I would suggest you don't rub them the wrong way, but you can't help it your just a bunch of rookies " Kabuto suggested to us.

"You know your already getting on my nerves" Shikamaru groaned which I agreed with.

This Kabuto guy should be the one trying to be careful. His whole demeanor has me thinking of various things and I can see from Shika's eyes, he was forming something. Besides since this is an exam from all of the shinobi s around the world, to a place where they have to dual and possibly kill each other; there's no way a stranger would assist in even a slightest bit of help to others.

Somethings up and I wanna know what?
