(Emily's POV)

"Emmmmm, hurry uuuupppp!" Louis shouted up the stairs and I couldn't help but laugh to myself at how impatient he was being. Guys never really are patient when it comes to girls getting ready. All they need to do is throw on a pair of pants and a t-shirt and comb their hair and they're done, but it takes so much longer for us.

"Give me 10 minutes!" I shouted back down the stairs and went back to doing my makeup, hearing him sigh loudly before Liam yelled up at Danielle. Today I was wearing this

Louis, Liam, Danielle and I were all going out for lunch today, seeing as though we haven't really had much time to hang out lately. The boys were nearly finished their album, they had a couple more songs to record and then they would be done. It was really exciting watching the whole thing come together, and watching them get excited about the release brought a big smile to my face.

It had been a long three months since I'd started hiding the tablets, and still no one had suspected a thing. I'd learned how to conceal the bad days so that nobody would know I was having one, so it was getting easier and easier to pretend everything was the same. However, since I'd been off the medication, there had been a lot more bad days. There'd be at least 3 a week, and it was getting harder and harder to hide them.

"Alright, alright! I'm coming!" I shouted and I skipped down the stairs and met Louis and Liam who were now waiting for Danielle.

"You women take your time," Louis rolled his eyes, and I hit him across the chest and started laughing.

"We have to take time to look this good," I joked and flipped my hair over my shoulder and rolled my eyes sarcastically.

"That is true," he smiled and leaned down and kissed me. "You do look pretty good," he laughed and I tapped his nose with a smile.

Danielle came running down the stairs looking flustered.. We were both rugged up because it was now heading towards winter, and was getting more freezing than usual.

"Sorry!" she said to all of us with a sheepish smile and Liam wrapped his arms around her. "I couldn't find one of my shoes," she laughed, and we started laughing with her.

"We all ready to go now?" Liam laughed, and we all nodded, and went into the drive and got into his car.

"Are you alright?" Louis said to me after about 5 minutes of silence. I looked up at him and his face had concern written all over it.

"Yeah, why?" I asked him with a small smile.

"You're just really quiet again," he said with a frown. He didn't know I was in the middle of one of my bad days.

"Yeah, I'm just having a little bit of a bad day," I said with a shrug. I smiled up at him hoping he wouldn't see through me. The truth was, it wasn't a little bit of a bad day, it was a really bad day. I felt like I was going to burst out crying at any second, and I really wasn't in the mood to be going anywhere. I would much prefer to be in bed, sleeping it off.

"Are you sure you're alright?" he asked me, still concerned and pulled me into his side.

"Yeah, I'm fine, I promise," I smiled up at him and he kissed my forehead. I hated lying to him, but I really didn't want him to worry. He was in such a good place with an album to be released soon, and he was basically on top of the world, full of happiness. But there was still a small part of me wanting to scream out and say that nothing was fine.

We continued the car ride into town, everyone chatting away madly, me adding my opinion every now and then, and soon enough we were in town. We hopped out of the car and were swarmed with paparazzi and fans, screaming at us and cameras flashing madly. Feeling incredibly jumpy and insecure today, I grabbed Lou and held him close to my side, not wanting to lose him in this circus.
