Dakota
Unfortunately, Grover stopped me from drinking my breakfast Kool-Aid. I had packed several canisters of Kool-Aid powder in my suitcase. He consficated all of my Kool-Aid. "You are in rehabilitation," he reminded me. "We're going to help you get off of Kool-Aid."
Currently, I was trudging down to the gym. I was mildly terrified of Coach Hedge. I was pretty sure that he could pack a punch harder than Chuck Noriss and I have a first-hand experience with his fists. Don't ask how.
"You ready cupcakes?" Coach Hedge said as we walked in. He didn't wait for our responses. "You guys are going to play capture-the-flag. I've already picked your teams."
A collective groan filled the air. "Okay," Coach Hedge continued. "The rules are no killing or maiming. If I could bring you back to life I'd let you guys kill each other, but that's not allowed according to Dr. Chiron. You guys can't maim each other because our hospital doesn't want another lawsuit."
"The team captains are: Percy and Jason. Percy's team is Annabeth, Thalia, Nico, Will, Frank, Hazel, Dakota, Beckendorf, and Silena. Jason's team is Clarisse, Chris, Piper, Leo, Calypso, Connor, Travis, Katie, Reyna, Drew, and Clovis. Your flags will both be placed on top of the basketball hoops because I feel like it. You have five minutes to prepare."
We huddled into our group. "Okay I think Annabeth, Beckendorf, Silena, and Dakota should guard the flag area," Percy ordered."I want Hazel and Nico to do prison duty. The rest of you can go capture the flag and rescue those of us who get captured."

Reyna
I stood a few feet away from the flag. Jason's plan was to guard heavily and let them come over to get our flag and get captured. After most of them were captured, half of us would guard and the other half would all go for the flag at the same time.
I looked up at the basketball hoop and saw a flash of our red flag. A sickening image of my dead father filled my mind. My sister, Hylla, was currently on life-support machines. I worried about her all the time. I tried to shake away the web of bad thoughts, but they clung stubbornly as if a spider was weaving the web.
The sound of sneakers squeaking against the gym floor sent my head whipping around. I saw a flash of movement, Percy was running towards the flag. I ran after him with break-neck speed. I felt like a cheetah running after my prey. My legs kept moving in a blurring motion and my blood was pumping faster and faster, but I kept my eyes on my target.
I was close and closer. His blue tags were dangling, just barely out of reach. I gritted my teeth and put on a burst of speed. I flung my hand towards his tags and ripped off one of his. He stopped suddenly and I almost collided with him. "Follow me Percy," I said. "You're my prisoner."

Annabeth
Things got bad as soon as Percy was captured. I figured that I was the team leader now. "Team regroup!" I hollered.
They trudged toward me. "Okay, I'll make this quick," I said. "Let them throw themselves into our hands first. That is their strategy. Put them into a deadlock until they get restless and take dumb risks."
They nodded and got into their defensive positions. Thalia and Frank flanked both of my sides. Hazel, Nico, and Will were guarding the empty jail. Dakota, Silena, and Beckendorf were guarding the flag point on. The other team were patrolling their border and flag like hyenas. They were tough, but wit could beat them.

Clarisse
I was tired of Jason making us stay on our side. I could easily get the other team's flag; that team was just a bunch of punks. I switched from guarding the flag to guarding the border and waited for the golden opportunity. I didn't have to wait long.
Silena and Beckendorf were chatting away and Dakota looked like he was having a
bad hangover. Annabeth was busy staring at that punk, Percy. I looked in all directions and made my move.
I quickly sprinted across the border and veered towards the flag at a 45 degrees angle. I dodged Annabeth's hands and quickly fled to the basketball hoop. Time seemed to slow down. I pumped my legs faster and faster and suddenly I sprung off the ground. I grabbed the blue flag and crashed into the ground. Silena grabbed my red tag. I was out.
In the end, Annabeth won when Beckendorf and Hazel distracted my team. Silena and Dakota worked together and got our flag over the border. Coach Hedge made my team to 50 push-ups. I didn't sweat doing them, but I'm sure some of the punks on my team did.
