Chpater 8

"Amanda!!" Chloe screamed. She ran over to me and we hugged.

"Its only been 2 days since we last saw each other, Chloe." I laughed.

She laughed. Then she turned to Jake and gaped. "Is this... Jake?" she asked. "Hi I'm Chloe, Amanda's best friend." she grabbed his hand and shook it really fast.

He just chuckled. "Nice to meet you." he smiled.

"And this," she grabbed Evan closer to her and layed her head on his shoulder, "is my boyfriend Evan."

Evan smiled. "Nice to meet you." he smiled and they shook hands.

"Ok guys," I piped up. "What movie do you think we should see?" I asked.

"Lets look," Chloe grinned like a little kid. What did she have for breakfast? Damn, she was bouncing off the walls, and she even managed to scare a few kids. Finally, Evan tilted her chin up to look her in the eye, and leaned down for a kiss to calm her down. It worked.

I patted his shoulder. "Thank you, Evan." I giggled.

"Hey, it was my pleasure." he winked at Chloe, who giggled.

"Okay guys, what are our choices?" Jake asked.

"Well," Chloe said, looking at the list of movies. "We could see...." she started. "Umm, there's no good movies." she pouted.

"What about Warm Bodies?" I asked. We all agreed on that, and payed for our tickets. We got some popcorn, soda, Dips, Sour Patch Kids, M&M's, and much more crap we didn't need, especially Chloe.

We walked into the theatre and sat down. About 10 minutes later the previews started. To be honest, I don't know why i'm not freaked. I hate scary movies. They creep me out. But with Jake, I feel stronger, willing to do and fight for anything and anyone. I'm happier than I've ever been in my life.

The movie started, and I liked it. These zombies were cool, kinda scary, but they were funny, and i couldn't help but picture how hard it would've been to make these zombies come to life with just makeup. They were so detailed.

We got more into the movie, and I was so into it, I loved it. But not more than Spiderman. Okay, maybe a little more.

Then, the part with the bonies came, and I freaked. I buried my face into Jake's shoulder and he chuckled. I smiled.

I looked up to see that he was already looking at me. I smiled. He tangled his fingers into mine and I leaned my head on his shoulder. I was happy that we were in the back row, because I thought people would've been bothered by the event that took place next.

We got to the scene when Julie and R are in the water, and start to kiss. They were so young, and so in love, I smiled. I looked up to Jake and we stared at each other. He leaned in, and soon I found myself leaning in too. We crashed our lips together. I smiled into the kiss when I heard people whistling and clapping at as. How did I know it wasn't at the movie? We had been kissing for so long, the movie had ended and we had missed the end. When we pulled apart, Chloe clapped.

"Awwe, you guys are downright adorable!!" she exclaimed. I blushed, and he chuckled.

"Guys," Evan said, "Its only 2:01. What do you want to do?" We all thought for a second, before Chloe squealed.
