Claustrophobia

Me and M'egan start laughing after trying out shoes. I have to admit. I think I look pretty good in heels. I stand in the mirror and look at my figure. No wonder Kid Idiot can't keep his eyes off of me. I flip my hair at the thought. "Ooooooo! Artemis come here." she squeals staring down at a box. I take off the heels and head over to her. "What?" I ask her. She held up nice pair of sneakers that were white and green. I smirk at the thought. All of the sudden a loud crash was heard from another store. I look to M'egan. "What was that?" I ask nervous. "Did you guys hear that?" M'egan asked everyone through the link. Silence. "I heard that too. M'egan, Artemis. Check it out please." says robins voice in my head. We look at each other and walk out of the store, after putting our original shoes on. "It's only us on level C right?" I ask anyone listening. "I'm pretty sure." robin agrees. We sigh and walk to where the sound was coming from. It was across from us. Some card store. We walk in and look around. Pink yellow, orange, glitter. Until we notice a rack of cards was on the floor. We give each other a look. "Hello?" I ask the silence. No answer. All of the sudden M'egan sinks to her knees. I kneel at her side. "M'egan! what's wrong!?" I shout. she place her hand on her heart. I look what she was covering. She was covering ice. I start panicking. "M'egan!" I cry. She was looking straight forward. "Artemis." she barley gets out. "M'egan!" I scream. I follow her eye contact to see Captain cold with his 'ice gun' in his hand. I understand what was happening. M'egan was in my arms, and he shot her. I draw an explosive arrow from my bag and slide it on the bow shooting it. A small explosion explodes but he was still standing. "Fire, against ice. I like the challenge." I scramble to get up but then stumble backwards. I try to grab M'egan but apparently my hand was now frozen to the ground. "You really thought we would make a plan to freeze this mall, without knowing you would make an appearance?" he smiles. I curl my hand into a fist and pull back my hand, breaking the ice. My hand was cold now. All of the sudden Captain pushed me out of the card store. Shutting the doors, with M'egan inside. And from the inside, I can see the window become covered in frost. I run into the door, hoping I could make it break. No luck. I walk backwards and make a running stance. 3,2,1! I run into the door full speed. I run smack into the cold door and hit my head. I literally slide down the door leaving some slobber on it. I touch my head in pain. Now I'm going to have a REAL headache. I start to whimper but know no one could hear me. I slam my fist on the tiled floor in anger. And then hold my fist because I think I just broke a knuckle or two. Can you break knuckles? I sigh and lean against the cold door, wrapping my hands around my knees. It's my fault. Now M'egan's been held captive all because I'm a coward. "Is anyone there! Captain cold just captured M'egan. Help me!" I say in my head. It even sounds like I'm crying in my head, just like real life. No answer. "Please answer, anybody!" I whine. All of the sudden I hear wally in my head, and it sounds pleasant and reassuring. "Robins gone too, I tried to save him I really did...but. I guess I'm just not that fast." He says in my head. "What happened?" I ask him. "Same thing that happened to M'egan, Except robin was taken by Crystal Frost." He explained. "What about super boy, and Aqua Lad?" I ask impatiently. "I don't know, have you heard from them?" he asked me. I shake my head, but he couldn't see that. "No, not since we got off the bio ship. Where are you?" "I'm on the 1st level. By the food court." I get up and look at the door one last time. "I'll see you soon I guess." I tell him heading towards the stairs. I slide my hand down the raining as I step down each, white tiled step. I walk past stores, and fountains. "Where is this food court?" I mutter. I look around for a mall directory. I see one off in the distance. "Thank god." I mutter walking towards it until it was covered in frost. I was confused, and become a bit anxious. Especially since no one was around. I draw an arrow from my hold and knocked it into its place. I look around carefully. There was no one here. All of the sudden I felt a chill on my back and turn around to find Icicle senior. I was about to open my mouth until he wrapped his hand around my neck. I squirm. "Luckily you and flash boy are the only ones left." he smirks. I hit him with my bow, straight in the face. Then I side kick him in the gut. "Kid flash." I inform him with a smirk on my face. I shoot a net arrow at him, and suddenly he's tangled under a net. I smile... that is, until he ripped the net in half. He laughs mischievously. "Children." he whispered. I disappeared out of there as fast as I could. Again, almost as fast as Baywatch. And again, I'm a coward. Forget the mall directory, I just started running. And running. Through the mall I just ran. Even if Icicle Senior wasn't chasing me. I'm afraid. And I hate to admit it. But I'm afraid. All of my friends have just got kid napped EXSCEPT the biggest idiot on the team. And he was no help. I then forgot I was running. All of the sudden I hear my voice. I stop and back up look at Wally siting in the food court, eating pizza. I'm sure my face looked red. "Hi!" he shouted with his mouth full. I curl my fingers, making a fist. While all our friends were endanger, with criminals at our throats. He was sitting here, eating pizza. Like I said. He was definitely no help. I stomp over to him and cross my arms staring at the idiot. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!" I yell at him. He stops chewing. "What, I'm eating?" he said innocently. I smack myself in the head. "While are friends ARE BEING KIDNAPPED!?" I grumble. "It's called stress eating!" he said raising his voice. "UGH!" I growl stomping. I bet I looked like I was having a tantrum. "YOU IDOT!" I shout. "What?" he pouts. "Do you want me to go starving while in a fight? I have a very high metabolism for a speedster you know." he smirks. I sit in the chair across from him and cover my face. I sigh. I try to calm down. "He IS an idiot." says Psimon. I forgot he was there. And by there I mean in my head. "What's wrong?" he asked concerned. I can feel a migraine coming on. I put my head down and hid my face in my arms. "Why?" I plead to the lord. "Why what?" he questioned. I roll my eyes. "Why did it have to be you." I sigh. "Come on, you know you love me." he smirked.
