Back To Business

I've been slipping on school its time to get back to business I thought while I walked to my next class luckliy I got there early. I found a seat in the middle and placed my laptop and books onto the desk " Welcome back Ms.Adames" Proffesor Johnson greeted me " Thanks glad to be back" I could hear the sarcasm in his voice so I decided to give some back. He walked over to and sat on the side of the desk " you a lot of work to catch up on I advise you to stay after class and get caught up" I rolled my eyes at him and just nodded my head the bell rung and students began to fill the class. I opened my laptop and began to type long boring notes after class was over I went into the café and grabbed a ham & cheese sandwich. I actually enjoyed school other than some of my professors my phone began to vibrate it was a text from Jay telling me to meet him at his office " fuckkkk!" I screamed causing some of the café employees to stare at me. I'll just have to email my professor and get the work for him that way I grabbed my items and threw my trash into the trash can I rushed through the packed halls and into the parking lot. I unlocked the doors to my car and hopped in I started the engine and turned up the music I was out I made my way to the highway within seconds 30 minutes later I pulled up to the club. Even though it was daytime the club still had a going on the client parking lot was halfway packed. I parked in the back of the club so I could have easy access to my car I got out and made my way to the entrance " wassup Brook" Man Man one of the bouncers greeted me " Nothing much" I smiled and he let me inside. The club was already turnt bitches were twerking and niggas made sure they was getting their money worth I spotted CeCe and she made her way over to me " dam you hear early bitch" she giggled " girl I know Jay wanted to see me that's why" she raised her eyebrow at me I raised my hand and waved her off " now bitch you know I don't get down like that I would never sleep with him " she nodded her head " you right but I got a go girl my client is here" I gave her a quick hug and we parted ways. I walked up the spiral staircase once I was there I knocked on the door three times before opening the door " come in " he commanded I opened the door and took a seat across from his desk. He smiled and began to stroke his goatee " I want to give you a new position" I crossed my legs " what is the position " he sat back in his chair " Manager " I instantly got happy " will I still be able to dance ?" He chuckled of course you make me a lot of money you're the top dancer here" " th..." I was interrupted by a knock on his door " excuse me for a second" I nodded " come in" I turned my head and was surprised to see Kendrick. He smiled at me and walked over to the desk and took a seat beside me " long time no see Brooklyn " I laughed " same here" Jay raised his eyebrows " so you all have met before" I nodded " great then my brother will be working alongside with you" I studied Kendrick's facial expression he had a smirk on his face. " glad to be working with you " I smiled " same here"....
