Chapter 11

Chapter 11 

 

I was going to meet Noelle at the beach tonight. It was 6 and I needed to get ready and choose what to wear.

[Hey what should I wear for the beach tonight? -Ally]

[Wear something warm. It gets cold at night. -Noelle]

I decide to wear sweatpants and a plain Hollister shirt with a blue Hollister hoodie. I ask my mom to take me. We can afford a car for me, but my mom thinks I'm not responsible enough to have my own car so she still drives me everywhere.

We get to the beach and I say goodbye to my mom and thank her for the ride.

"Boo." Someone whispers in my ear. Recognizing the voice, I turn around and see Noelle.

"Nice try but you didn't scare me Noelle." I say smiling at her.

"Whatever, you were scared deep down inside somewhere. Lets go sit down."

It was cool at the beach and there wasn't anyone around other than us. Which is creeping me out. What if a hobo comes and rapes us? That won't happen...hopefully

Once we sit down, I tell Noelle what happened in the gym with Aaron.

"Aww he's so sweet. It's good that you forgive him, he didn't mean to do that." Noelle says a little too happily.

"Yeah I guess... What else should I have done? I already slapped him as his punishment, so I figure ehh why not forgive him."

"Are you hungry? I am, there's a McDonalds across the street, I'll go get us something."

"Do you want me to come with you?" I ask, not wanting to be left all alone.

"No, no, it'll take me 5 minutes. Stay here and have alone time."

"You want me to stay here?! All alone by myself?"

"You'll be fine." She says not very reassuringly, as she walks away.

Wow she's actually going to leave me here all alone... A minute after she left, I hear a helicopter coming.

I lay down and relaxes a little. I look up at the sky, and there is a helicopter with a banner that says,  

"Will you go out with me?" With a heart after it.

I look around to see who the message was meant for. But there was nobody at the beach. What a strange thing..

"So will you?" Someone whispers into my ear almost giving me a heart attack.

I turn around to see Aaron sitting behind me.

"Umm.... " I said shaking with nervousness. I feel a million butterflys in my belly. Ive been wanting this to happen. But I never knew it would happen. Especially now. Am I dreaming or is this a prank?

"So is that a yes?" He asks looking hopeful...

"Yeah... Sure" I say blushing.

"REALLY?!?" He asks, surprised.

I laugh. "Why so shocked?"

"Because I didn't think you would say yes after what I did." He says as he blushes a deep red, but he puts his head down so I can't see it.

"Well you thought wrong. I've actually been hoping for you to ask me." I say, hoping to cheer him up.

He looks up and smiles. 

Then my phone beeps and a new text message shows up.

[Looks like my work here is done :) -Noelle]

I smile at my screen and text back

[Sneaky sneaky girl ;) but thank you<3 -Ally]

"It's getting late. Let me buy you food and I'll take you home." Aaron says reaching out for my hand.
