You can fake a smile

You can act like nothing is wrong

You can convince yourself everything is okay.

Everything is not okay.

No one can tell behind the mask

you wear.

It feels like Halloween everyday

to me.

Dressed to the best,

wanting the inside out to show through to the outside.

I want everything to be in place again.

I want my old life back.

I hate hiding behind this mask.

I miss who I was.

I miss who I was with.

I miss everything.

But now everything has changed,

and It's Halloween to stay.

wrote this today in second block after realizing I've had a 'mask' i wore everyday for a couple months, and to add that, the troubles i have to face.we've all been there, so i hope you understand.
