Calum's POV
I can tell something is up with Ari and I, she seems as though she is upset. I've been really tired with working on the EP and all, but I really have been trying my best to stay awake whenever we are spending time together. It has been a little less than a week since we announced the tour to the girls. There are three more days until our first official date, I am actually quite anxious for some reason. I mean, I've known about my feelings for her since we were little.
"But Momma, I don't wanna go!" I see a little blonde girl cry, she looks about five years old, the same age as me. I am standing with my Mum and I really think I could be good friends with the little girl. I tell my Mum that I am going to talk to her, and then I walk over to her.
"Hi, I'm Calum. What's your name?" I ask and feel my cheeks get red. The little girl is quite pretty, but she seems really shy, too.
"This is Arianna. Can you say hi to Calum, sweetie?" Her Mum asks the little girl, Arianna, who is still hiding behind her Mum's leg.
"Hi," she replies sheepishly. I hold my hand out to her.
"Do you want to come with me? I know my way around the school," she looks up at her Mum, and she nods, giving her permission to come with me. Arianna comes out from behind her Mum's leg and takes my hand, I take a step forward.
"I don't have any friends, I just moved here," she says to me, now looking not as timid as before.
"Really? Well, my Mum is over there. Maybe her and your Mum can be friends," I say to her with a sweet smile. She smiles back at me.
"You know, you can call me Ari. I like that name, too," she says with a grin.
"Well, Ari, I'll be your friend if you like," I whisper looking down at my shoes, I am hoping she wants to be my friend. I really like her.
"Okay, I'll be your friend, too!" She says excitedly, and with that we went to begin our first day of school, and one of the best friendships I'll ever have.
A/N: Sorry this chapter is so short, but I tried to make it as cute as possible! I love little Calum, he's so cute :)
