(A/N: I just wanted to say sorry if this seems a little repetitive, but it is necessary for the plot of the story!!!)

Maddie's POV:

I watched as Miss Bullock wiped away her tears. Woah, she is a very emotional person. I turned to the rest of the group to see them congratulating each other. Miss Bullock then announced that the last class of the day was canceled, but we had to stay in here until the end of school so we were not "roaming the halls". We nodded and watched her leave the room. The minute she was out...

"PARTY!!!" Yelled Star, running around the room, yelling and whooping. I laughed at how much energy she had.

"Do you guys wanna keep our game of truth or dare going?" asks Samuel, getting comfortable. We all nod and settle into our desks.

Students began to file out, either leaving school or to just disobey the rules. One girl, with pounds of make up on and what seemed like enough clothing to cover barely anything, came up to Star and Aspen, a sneer on her face.

"Well if it isn't the school sluts Star and Aspen." She said, smirking. Star stopped running and stared at her. Aspen's eyes grew wide as she buried her head in her arms.

"Um... excuse me?" I say to the girl, standing up. "What did you just say?''

"I said that the sluts are here!" she says, laughing. "Maybe you did not hear me because your head is so big." she said to me, her smirk growing wider.

I glare at her. "Nobody insults my friends. You can insult me, but not them." I say, clenching and unclenching my fists, trying to stay calm. I see Samuel stand up in the corner of my eye and he walks to this girl.

"If you don't have anything else to say, get out." He points to the door, glaring daggers at her. The girl shrugs and saunters out of the room like a princess. A ruthless, horrible princess. I go over to Aspen who is crying silently into Jeremy's shoulder. I hug her.

"Don't listen to her. What she said is not true. You are a beautiful girl. And if anyone is a slut, she is." I growl the last part, anger still bubbling inside of me. I just wanna rip that girl limb from limb! Aspen nodded, but kept crying. I could see she did not believe me. Jeremy rubbed circles on her back, whispering calming things in her ear. After a few minutes, Aspen calmed down and sat up, wiping the ears off her face.

Star stands there, not sure what happened. "Wait, what does slut mean?" she asked, clueless. We all just looked at  her.

"You don't want to know." I say. She just nods and sits back down. We sit in silence for a few minutes before it is broken.

"So, do we want to keep playing truth or dare?" asks Samuel, looking up. There is a mumbling of agreement when Aspen's phone dings. She opens it and her eyes grow wide. She nudges Daniel, showing him her phone screen. Daniels eyes grow wide and he stands up quickly. He whispers something in Avis' ear and she nods her head. Standing up, Avis says," We have to go. That was their mom. Bye guys." With that, they left the class room at a run.

Woah. Wait. What just happened? I looked around. Jeremy was sitting there with his mouth slightly open, looking at the door they had just left through. Star was staring grimly into space. Sam was looking at me confused. I shook my head. I have no idea what is going on...

Jeremy shook his head and stood up. "I have to go too..." he mumbles and he runs out of the class room, leaving just me, Star and Sam. I was stunned. Did they just... just leave us like that? I look at Star and Sam, confused.

"Why does Jeremy keep leaving like that?" I ask Sam. Throughout the past week, Jeremy will leave unexpectedly and with no reason.

"I don't know... I wish I did..." Said Samuel, concern written on his face. I shrugged it off, hoping upon hoping that they had good reasons for leaving quickly. I am not one to pry into others business.
