Chapter 2:- 'Doppelganger'
"M...My name is Elena not K...Katherine" she stuttered under my hard and cold gaze. I smirked at that but then frowned when she said she wasn't Katherine, i smelled her and sure enough she's human so i let her go and watch her drop to the ground.
"Well Elena it's nice to meet you, I'm Alexis and there is no need to ask why your here" I smirked again but before she could respond I butted in "I'll take you to Stefan if you want". She nodded her head and said a low thank you so i lead her down to the cell in the basement.
When we reach there, she gasped at the sight of Stefan and Damon in the cell which made my smirk grow wider. "What. What are they doing in there" she asked me, narrowing her eyes, I just shrugged.
"How you doing in there big bro's" I asked while Elena was unlocking the door but suddenly she stopped dead in her tracks and stuttered again "br..brothers!!! They are your brothers. Why didn't you tell me Stefan" she said strongly at Stefan.
"Elena let me explain" Stefan tried to talk to Elena but she was stubborn, just like .. Katherine. I sped in front of her and compelled her to forget what she saw. She had on a vervain necklace but of course with the training I experienced, nothing can stop me except for,.. him.
"Well my bad Stefan, I didn't know you had a girlfriend who looks like Katherine. Let me guess she's the doppelgänger, am I correct?" I asked Stefan " Don't even worry about answering I've done my research" I cut Stefan off.
"So why haven't I been introduced?" I asked Stefan, "Is it because I was just dead meat in the family. Do you know how that made me feel, REJECTED from my BELOVED brothers, ADORED Mother and... and.. Father, if I can call him that" I finished in a soft tone, but quickly realised I let my humanity slip out. I looked at Stefan and Damen, who had guilty faces and their eyes gazed with fresh tears.
I just looked at them with a blank stare, and said "Well I would love to stay but I have some.. buisness I need to attened too, goodbye dear brothers" my voice laced with venom which made them flinch. With that I left to find my revenge ticket...
