~*~Your POV~*~

"Gabe," I whispered. "Please, don't leave me."

"(YN). Gabe is... Gabe is gone." Dad said while rubbing my back.

I shook my head as I hugged Gabe tighter. "No. He can't leave me. He... he just.. can't, okay?"

Dad disappointedly sighed, at least it sounds like that. "(YN)--"

"No!" I shot my head up making him flinch. "No, okay? He's not gone! He's just...."

I cried even harder as realization shot me. Gabe is gone and I've got nothing to do with it. Everyone was quiet, you can only hear myself sobbing. Then Yazmin kneeled down beside me, pulling Gabe away from me and held him in her arms.

"What are you--" I asked but was cut off by Yazmin hushing me.

She leaned her forehead on Gabe's and started chanting something I can't understand. Then she opened her mouth and so as Gabe's then there was green fog coming out of it. It was weird but this was not the time to complain. And the weird part also is when Gabe's cuts ware healing and he didn't look pale anymore. He looks more alive.

[A/N: Sorry for being corny on this part xD]

When Yazmin finishes, she put Gabe's head on my lap. I quickly placed my hand on his chest, hoping to feel a heart beat. Surprisingly, there was. He's back. Gabe's not dead!

I turned my head to Yazmin and caught her smiling down at me. "How did you--?"

"Gabe has this effect on me that I cannot understand. But it feels like I should do everything for him to live, maybe that's because you care too much of him. So, I gave him half of my life span." Yazmin simply said.

"You what?" I asked in disbelief. "But Yazmin-"

"If you think I'm not gonna live longer, then you're wrong. Remember the soul of the other Yazmin?"

I nodded, still speechless.

"Well, she didn't quite died. It's my decision if she dies, anyway. So, I gave her life span to Gabe, so now maybe she's dead. And Gabe is alive. That's why half of my life span is because she's a part of me."

"What about Gabe's soul? Wouldn't that be affected by her wickedness." The way I said it sounds funny, but I didn't had time to laugh 'cause all the time I felt shocked.

Like what I thought, Yazmin laughed. "Life spans are quite different from souls, (YN). So, I'm pretty sure it won't."

This time, I started to laugh at myself. Maybe because I was relieved or maybe because I really sounded stupid. Well, duh life spans are totally different from souls.

"Well, if Gabe wakes up, I'll faint after due to too much loss of energy. Maybe that's right about..... now." Then she fainted, good thing dad was just beside her so he caught her.
