Chapter thirty-seven.
The next two days flies by and I have told my parents to pick them up by the airport when they arrive. On the way home I am going to tell them. And they are going to meet Niall tonight.
I am feeling so nervous and nauseous and I turn off the engine on the parking lot. When I walk inside the massive airport my memories crawls back into my head. When the Wood's picked me up when I first arrived. Can't believe it's been three months already.
I search in the crowd for my long mother and father, with my little brother. Apparently even my big brother and his girlfriend is coming too. I have really missed them.
"Pumpkin!!" I hear my father say behind me and I turn around, a wide smile on my lips and throw myself around him.
"Daddy! Oh, I've missed you so much!!"
I can barely release myself from him before my mother is smothering me in a tight hug. Her sniffing voice makes my eyes water.
"My baby"
In three months my little brother has shot in height. He is even taller than me and I am quick to comment on that.
"How much have you grown!?" I exclaim and hug him tightly. He only chuckles at me.
Nate and Leonie are exchanging a hug too and my mother link our arms as we walk over to get their bags.
It is good that Niall has a Range Rover, since we are six that are riding.
"Mum, I was thinking that we could go out for dinner tonight, if you are up for it?"
"Yes, of course, my darling! We just have to get some sleep. You know, the damn jet lag!"
I laugh at her and get the engine going.
Thirty minutes later I drop them off by the hotel, and it is a really nice hotel, I'd have to say.
"Oh, and I want to meet the family, if that is okay" my mother pops her head into the car again and I nod my head, telling her that we'll see.
The drive back to Niall's apartment only takes a couple of minutes, rather quickly since I have to cross Time's Square.
"Niall? Are you home?" I ask but get nothing in return. I send him a quick text telling that I am home and decide to clean up a little bit. I don't know how my parents would react about Niall being my boyfriend. I mean, he is not as my other two boyfriends. He is darker.
I just hope they will accept him.
Someone fumbles at the door makes my consciousness return, and I see a happy Niall by the door.
"Hi, baby!" I smile big and he is walking towards me, pulling me up from the couch and spinning me around, making me laugh. "You are weird right now, can I ask why?"
"Nah, business went good!" he shrugs his shoulders.
"What business?"
He doesn't answer, just watching the TV that is playing in the background.
"We are meeting my parents for dinner tonight"
"We are?" he looks down on me. I told him earlier today and I nod my head.
"I asked you if we could, and you said it was okay" I frown a bit. "I want them to meet you, even though I don't know how they will react..."
"Hmm... why?"
"I mean, you are not like my other boyfriends..." I trail off. It feels odd talking about this, it sounds like I don't like it, but I do. I love his tattooed-covered body and his black lip ring. His messy blonde hair and icy-blue eyes. "I know that sounds like it is bad, but it isn't. I am sure my dad will love you, my mother too... only she is a bit... hard? She is a bit prude"
Niall laughs.
"Hmm... I know someone else who is"
I sit up and look at him. "Who? Me? I am not prude!"
"Oh, yes, you are!"
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes, but that is okay, it doesn't make me love you any less!" he leans down and kisses my lips.
*sorry for boring chapter, i'll make it up to you.
