Did you know my name
Did you know how old I was--
--How young, actually
Did you know I had problems
Did you know?
Did you know I was
Always tired
Did you know I could actually
Write poetry
When I didn't try
I didn't like it
But everyone else did
Did you know that I always
Wore a wry smile
Inside but I seldom
Showed it
Did you know I found solace
In writing
In drawing
In reading
In talking
But I never said a word.
