I was laying on my bed, looking at the ceiling. I had nothing better to do today. I decided I wasn't going to Chicago this morning. My parents were mad, especially after they asked me if my decision was final. I didn't need closure. I didn't need anything from anyone. All everyone did was hurt me.
"Chloe," someone knocked on my door as they entered.
"Go away." I mumbled.
"I would rather not." He popped right in front of face. I slightly screamed.
"You freakin psycho. Where have you been any way Jaden? Huh? I would rather talk to you than anyone else, but you disappeared for who knows how long." I heard him sigh as he laid on the bed next to me.
"I was doing something for you, but I don't think it is such a good idea now." He spoke truthfully.
"Okay, Jaden, whatever you say." I spoke, but then thoughtfully added, "I want to watch Matilda."
"But Chloe, I-" I interrupted him,
"Bye Jaden. See you later." I ran down the stairs and went straight for the couch in the living room. I clicked through a few channels, then found Matilda was on. I was super excited because I didn't remember what day it was suppose to be on, but it was on right now.I scrunched my face in disgust. Bruce was eating the chocolate cake. That cake looked good, until the lunch lady scratched her butt and Bruce had to eat all of it. Talk about cruel and unusual punishment.
"That is really gross." A voice commented.
"Yeah, it is." I replied absentmindedly.
"I mean who makes a student eat that whole cake. I probably would, but still."
"Yeah, I don't think I would." I once again replied.
"I love the frog scene-"
"Wait a minute!" I exclaimed. "Who am I talking to?"
I turned away from the television to look behind me.
"Aaron!" I screamed.
"Chloe, I know you-" I ran off the couch and jumped on top of him knocking him down to the floor.
"Ow." He responded in pain.
"Oh my God, are you okay? I didn't mean to-" I turned cold, and got off of him, "What are you doing here?"
"That really hurt." He dodged the question or was he really dodging it? I didn't know and I really didn't care.
"Aaron." I stated.
"Wow, well you haven't changed."
"Aaron!" I sternly said.
"Fine, fine." He sighed. "I came here with Jaden. Jaden said I ruined your life, and if I didn't make it better, he would-"
He grimaced slightly as he shivered, and spoke "Never mind."
"I don't need you." I crossed my arms, and turned away from him.
"Chloe."
"No, no. Don't talk to me."
"Quit acting five." He teased. I, however, did not take it as a joke.
"Five, Aaron, five!" I shouted at him. "How do I act five? You were a jerk to me. You said all these mean things. When I needed you the most, you left me! And worse of all Aaron, you blocked me from facebook!"
"Facebook?" He acted confused.
"Yes, facebook!" I exclaimed as I threw my arms up at him.
"Chloe, I never deleted you."
