I was dressed in the new clothes ty got me and went down stairs.
Ty made breakfast.
I had hesitated to eat it but I just grabbed a plate a scooped the eggs on to my plate along with a piece of corn bread and a few slices of bacon.
I sat at the bar table staring at the food. I looked at the stairs to see if anyone was coming down but it was empty.
I felt alone. I had nobody to complete me since ty doesn't want me anyways.
I put some eggs in my mouth. No lie it was good.
I'm finished. I put the plate in the sink and sit on the couch. Legs crossed, no socks on. I feel like imma about to throw up. I put my head back on the couch and leave my hands on my lap. I close my eyes and think about the incident at home. I tell myself not to cry. I just picture a happy family. Me, mom, sav and my father. My father? I didn't know where he is.
I wish I did...
I heard foot steps come down the stairs. I didn't open my eyes.
"I'm leaving" a high voice said.
"Come straight home!" I said still relaxing.
"Why it's not like your gonna be here"
I open my eyes looking upside down at my sister opening the door.
"This isn't our home, this is a shelter " sav said with an attitude.
"Watch ya mouth !"
"Whatever"

I let out a big sigh and close back my eyes.
