Scared and terrified.
Samai had to take charge of her Little sister. She picked her up off her lifeless mother's body. Just remembering they had school in an hour.
"Stop crying!" Samai said to her sister fighting back her own scared tears.
Savannah shocked with fear since her sister was never this controlling to her. She still dropped a tear as it fell in the drying blood.
"Take a shower, we can't have blood on our bodies" Samai said angrily.
Savannah ran to the bathroom and took off her stained clothes. She turned on the shower and put her naked body under the beating warm water. She grabbed her wash rag and cleansed her bloody skin.
She looked down at the drain to see water and light red blood swirling as it goes down into the pipes. Running to a place she doesn't know.
She turned off the shower and grabbed her orange towel. She threw away her wash rag in the garbage since it had blood on it still.
BANG ...BANG...BANG
Sav was startled. She walked to the door and opened it to see her sister with some clothes for her.
Blue tie- dye shirt and a pair of jeans along with bra and panties.
"Here! Hurry up savannah we gotta go".
"Okay okay..." she replied back almost ed sobbing.
She saw her sister in a new change of clothes. She closed the door and quickly put the clothes on. She was rushing down the carpet stairs and put her sneakers on.
"We have to leave... we can't stay here" Samai said grabbing their bookbags.
" whyyy! " Sav said while her sister was rushing.
"Our mother is dead! and the police is going to think it was US who killed her!"
They walked through the door and waited for the cab Samai called. She noticed a car pull up to them. It wasn't the taxi she ordered.
" yo ma!" A dark skin man called out to Samai.
She looked thru the window that was rolled down. Then examined the face.
He was gorgeous with his wavy,curly hair and chocolate skin with the pumping muscles that made his shirt tight.
It was ty. Samai friend Kylie's older brother. She met him at a party a few times.
"Hey!" Samai said walking to the black car leaving her sister with their bags.
Sav watched as her sis slowly walked over to the car door.
"What you doing out here?" She asked confused.
" just in the neighborhood girll." He replied licking his lips.
" you need a ride?"
Samai looked back at her sister and gave her a stare then turned back and said "sure".
" I gott you babe." He said in his deep voice.
