Chapter 13

Okay Sofia, it's game day. I really hope that Lexi's plan finally works with Jayden because I'm tired of him never getting jealous. Why is it that I feel jealous all the time yet he never feels it. It is so not fair.

I'm sitting in physics waiting for the rest of the class to join me, since I'm bored I move our contraption that we made yesterday back to the middle of our table. Then I take out my notebook and pencil. At this point both Bobby and Abby are at the table, the only person missing is Jayden. Good I hope he doesn't show up.

Oh. Just great. It looks like I spoke too soon, guess who just walked through the door. Yup you're right, it's Jayden.

He walks over to our table and sits down next to me without looking in my direction. Great, he definitely thinks I'm weird from yesterday. Way to go Soph.

"So lets just start off from where we ended yesterday... If that's okay... Could one of you put the ball at the top of the track?" Bobby asks, referring to both Jayden and I. So I reach for the ball right when I'm about to grab it Jayden swipes it from underneath my hand and places it at the top of the track. He turns my way and smirks at me. Oh so he's looking at me now? I frown back at him and just go back to taking down the notes for the lab. We finish up, and clean up all our materials and go back to our original seats. I sit down and sigh in relief as Vince comes over.

"Hey Sofia, it feels like it's been forever since I last saw you!" He says as he sits down.

"Vince it's only been a day!" I laugh at him, god I needed that laugh.

"Hm, I guess your right... Well have you decided if your coming to the party tonight?" He asks me with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm going with Roy actually. He asked me yesterday and I decided I would go with him." I shrugged, Vince looks kind of sad for a moment.

Then he smiles and says, "Cool so I will see you there then!" The bell rings and we head out of class. Lexi meets me like usual and we walk to English.

Going through my closet I can't decide what to wear. I could go for a white dress that has an open back, it's kind of lose at the top but ends up really tight at the bottom and shows off my butt, or I could go for a strapless dark purple dress that is tight all the way down and ends shortly after my butt. Maybe I shoul just get started on my hair and ask Lexi when she gets here... Yeah that's what I will do.

After I curl my hair and do my make up Lexi comes walking through my door in a dress that makes her look sexy. Why can't I look like that ever? It's a black dress that shows off some of her cleavage, it is tight and ends right after her butt. "Lexi you look great! But I really need your help, I have no idea which dress to wear..." I walk over to my closet and hold up the purple and white dress.

"Hmm..." She ponders my question for a while and then says, "definitely go for the white one. That way we will contrast one another perfectly." She smiles and then ushers me into my closet to change. "Now hurry up we need to leave pronto!"

I laugh and quickly change into the white dress and grab an over coat so that I don't get too cold at the game. When I get out of the closet I see that Lexi is in a coat too. "Okay, so you're ready to go right?"

"Of course I'm ready!" She laughs "So we are taking my car right, since you're going with Roy after the game?" She asks me.

I sigh, "Yeah I guess so... Let's just leave already..." We walk to her car and drive to the school.

Oh my god, there are practically no parking spots left, I had no idea football games were so popular here. After finally getting a spot we park and start to walk to the field.
