"I think Flynn just called you beautiful Josie"
Part Seven: Betrayal & Secrets Unfold
"Flynn!" Both Josie and Flora shouted as Flynn stepped in the middle of the road.
Luckily, Flynn jumped out of the way of the school bus coming towards him.
Flora ran to Flynn first, then Josie.
"Flynn! Flynn! oh my god! Are you okay?" Flora had chills.
"I'm, fine" Flynn sat up.
"No your not, you have a gash on your forehead" Josie said shocked at what she witnessed.
"Maybe I like having gashes on my forehead" Flynn snapped.
Flora apparently went to go talk to the bus driver, just to make sure it was an accident.
Josie rolled her eyes. "Once again, your picking sides"
Flynn sighed. "Can you like, help me?"
Josie helped Flynn up and he brushed himself off. He was kind of embarrassed.
"We can all go home now" Flora cheered, walking back to where Josie and Flynn were.
Flynn tried walking but he had a sharp pain in his right side. "Ow!"
"What's wrong now?" Flora put her hands in her pockets.
"Flora, everything!" Flynn snapped.
"Well it's not my fault you chose between your sister and some dumb girlfriend of yours, ran off with her, faked it and almost got killed!"
"She's not my girlfriend- well, she was"
"So that's your secret girlfriend that you snuck out with?"
"No-I can't tell you who it was that I snuck out with. Ok?!"
Flora just looked at him for a minute. "I don't know who you think you are, but you are not my brother"
Flora looked at Josie and started walking to her bike. Josie staying a minute.
Josie looked at Flynn. "Your her big brother Fylnn, think about what she feels right now" and walked toward Flora, her bike already unchained.
Flynn watched as the two rode off in the other direction.
He took a minute to think about what Josie said. Flora always trusted Flynn to keep her safe and always have her back. They went through a bunch of terrible stuff together. Their mom isn't their for her anymore. Flynn is all she has. Besides their dad but they aren't that close. Flora isn't really that close to family anyways. Flynn never knew why but Flora hasn't shown love to anyone once the incident with their mother and Gwen getting taken away. Flora really hasn't been loved since their mom and dad split. She needs to be loved.
But by who? Flynn thought he's been loving her this whole time. Their dad showed Flora some love but apparently not enough. Hadley. Hadley and Flora have had girls days out and stuff so Flora knew she was loved there. Who else? What other person has Flora not gotten close to?
