Part Sixteen: Different Now // 6
Josie started realizing,
"Wait" Josie turned around fast. "What, d-day is it?!"
"It's November 1st" Flora looked at Flynn.
"What?! W-where was I this w-whole t-time?" Josie looked at Nurse Golding.
Mitch walked up to Josie and hugged her for a good minute while everyone just stood there while tears ran down their faces. He pulled away "Josie, my sweetheart, you were, asleep for a month or two-"
"Twenty-seven days" Flynn and Flora corrected Mitch.
"They counted the days they stayed here, with me and Janice, but that doesn't matter anymore-"
Josie's eye was now twitching "Yes it d-does! I missed Halloween a-and th-the twins birth-d-day breakfast-"
"Josie, calm down, ok" Nurse Golding rubbed her back from behind.
"No! I missed the one holiday where we all get together and have fun. We never have f-fun" Josie ran out of breath and started to get dizzy.
"Josie? Josie!" Was all Josie heard before she blacked out again.
She had no clue why she even survived.

"Josie! My dear are you ok?"
The voice in Josie's head sounded familiar. "Candi?"
"Yes dear, it's me" The voice doubted itself.
"What is happening? Where are you? Where am I?"
"You have to choose! You have to choose to either stay or go! You don't have another choice Josie"
"Stay where? Go where? Candi?!"
Josie shouted again but this time, there was no response.
"Josie! Josie......."

"...Josie! Josie, come on baby, wake up"
Josie blinked many times then finally found the strength to focus.
"There we are beautiful"
"Dad?"
She could barley see anything. She was in a bed, rolling down a hallway, the lights were getting bright, then dim, then bright again.
"Yes, yes Josie I'm here" Mitch placed his hand on Josie's temple.
"What hap-pened?"
"You blacked out sweetheart, your bleeding went out of hands so your going into surgery, again" Nurse Golding seemed out of breath.
"Who is that?" Josie asked.
"That is Nurse Golding, she's been helping you" Mitch took a deep breath as he has to separate from his daughter.
"Dad! Daddy!" Josie cried as she felt her face go cold, the lights got bright as she went through doors.
