"Thank you so much, babe," Gally continues to thank me as I give him another one of Frypan's rolls. I roll my eyes and smile. "Don't worry about it." He eats the roll and complains, "Man, I wish I didn't have to be locked up in here." I sigh and respond, "Well, maybe stop holding a grudge against Thomas and you'll be fine."

"Yeah, but I just can't stand him! He thinks he owns the place, especially when he is with you! He thinks he can just sweep you off your feet but everyone around here knows that you're my girl."

I blush furiously at his words and he senses it, smiling at my flaming cheeks and sweaty hair. "It's true, though. If it was up to me, no guy would be within a metre of you, you'd just pull them in like you did to me, Aliah." I smile, embarrassment flowing through my veins and a genuine smile glued to my face. "Well, you can just ask them to not try and 'sweep me off my feet'."

"I do ask them."

"Asking is a little different to punching them in the face, Gally."

"Well, everyone has their special ways of getting people to listen, and I've just happened to find mine."

I giggle and sit with Gally for a few minutes. I stare up at the stars and Gally watches me.

"You know, I think you're more beautiful than any constellation of stars I've ever seen, and ever will see."

I smile at him and lightly press my lips to his forehead. I hear Alby calling for me to come back. I sigh and stand up, brushing the dust off my pants and the hair out of my face. Gally simply smiles at me, and I bend down and connect my lips with Gally's, a kiss that says see you soon. I stand up and smile, wishing him a goodnight and walking back to the Homestead.
