Chapter 3

Elle's Pov

*kriiiiiiiiiinggg-kriiiiiiiiiiiing*

Gosh! The alarm clock sound is irritating! But wait a minute. I don't remember,I put an alarm clock here.
"Moooommmmmmmmyyyyyy!"

"Oh! GoodMorning baby! Breakfast's ready!" She said while smiling.

"Why did you put an alarm clock here? Nakakainis kaya! It's just 8 in the morning" sabi ko while I'm hugging my pillow.

"You need to wake up early baby. Pasalamat ka nga 7am pa ang alarm ko eh. Hindi 6."-mommy

"But why?"-me

"Aalis ako. I need to fix the invitations for our welcome party. Remember? Kailangan ikaw muna ang magbantay ng bahay."-mommy

"Yes. But--" She cut me off.

"No buts baby. Go down now and take your breakfast." She left without hearing my side.

Gosh! I don't want to be alone in this house. Nakakainis. Bumaba na ako to take my breakfast. Nakabihis na pala si mommy.

"Bye baby. Take care okay?" Sabi niya sabay kiss sakin. I nod.

After I ate,I already took a bath. After that I watch my favorite movie. While I am watching,may narinig akong nagdoorbell. I go out and open the gate. I got surpised when I saw Kathy. I just remember that this day she needs to teach me. Oh my! I almost forgot.
"Hi Kathy! Come in." I accompanied her inside.

We went to the library room and then start. She start with the basic words. I excused myself for a while to get some snacks.
Time passed at medyo natututunan ko na rin yung mga tinuturo nya.
Natapos kami ng 6pm.
"Dito kana mag-dinner. Please? Mommy will buy some foods" I said while pouting my lips.
"Okay! Pero sa isang kondisyon!"
Sabi niya habang naka-cross arms.
"What?" I asked.
"Bawal kana mag-salita ng english from now on" sabi niya.
"Ha? Wh-- Bakit?"
"Para masanay kana!" She smiled.
"Ok. But--" pinutol nya sinabi ko.
"No buts"

Maya-maya dumating na si mommy. I introduced Kathy to her and she's happy na may kaibigan na agad ako. Kumain na kami ng dinner at nagpaalam na rin si Kathy na aalis na sya. Pinahatid ko sya sa driver.
I go to my room. Took a shower. Tapos nagbihis ng pantulog. Paglabas ko ng cr. Nasa couch ko si mommy nakaupo.
"Alex sa Saturday na ang welcome party. Remember?"
"Sa Saturday na pala yun mom. What now?" I asked while fixing my stuffs.
"Kailangan pure tagalog kana sa mga oras na yun. Ayokong nag eenglish speaking kapa okay?"
"But why?" Napatingin ako sakanya.
"Basta sundin mo ang inuutos ko! Magpatulong ka kay Kathy at may papapuntahin din ako dito na tutulong sayo. Ok? Goodnight"
She left me speechless. Hay! Bahala na nga! Matutulog na ako.
