Chapter 6

Ashleigh’s P.O.V

It did help a lot that Harry came and talked to me. But I still feel like there is something wrong with me because I can’t seem to write a song. This is what I want to do and I can’t even help to write a freaking song. How am I meant to get far in this career if I can’t do that? I hate getting frustrated it makes me hurt all over and I hate the fact that I have to start crying whenever I do. I have to be right otherwise if I’m wrong then I think I’m wrong and not right which is stressful.

“Thanks Harry, but I feel so messed up I mean what person cries because they can’t write a song? What kind of person cries because they’re frustrated? There’s something wrong with me.” I say as I put my head in my hands as I sniffle a bit.

 His arms wrapped around me tightly as he spoke.

“There is nothing wrong with you. I promise and its okay to get frustrated it’s a lot of work in this industry. I’ll be here with you every step of the way.” He kissed my forehead which caused me to smile instantly I hugged him back.

“Thank you. Come on we better get back they’re probably worried.” I say to him. He helps me up and we walk back into the studio as soon as I step in Rose wraps me in a hug.

“Are you okay?” She asks.

“Yeah I am now I just needed some air and a little talk.” I smile shyly.

“Oh we will be talking later I promise you.” She gives me a cheeky smile and I laugh at her. Suddenly an idea came to mind.

“Rose give me the first verse of our song.” We decided to add rap to our first single.

It gives me an idea and I start to sing.

“Laughing so damn hard

Crashed your dad's new car

I promise, I swear”

I smiled proud of the idea I had come up with.

“Oh my god that sounds great Ash! I knew you would do it!!” Harry exclaims as he wraps me in a hug from behind.

“Um we’d all like to apologize about before we know how stressful this can be and we should have been more considerate.” Liam says as the other boys nod in agreement.

“It’s alright boys just know for next time!” I smile at them. I only just realized that Harry’s arms are still wrapped around me from behind which causes me to blush.

“Um I think we should continue coming up with ideas.” I say looking at Harry. He just nods and I raise my eyebrows.

“Oh, oh right.” He realized and released me from the hug. I sat back down next to Rose and started clicking my fingers.
