Coalbi woke up to a poking on her side. She sat up quickly, rubbing her eyes to clear away the sleep, and looked for what woke her up. All around her the dwarves were up and eating food. Ori stood in front of her with a plate of eggs, bacon, and sausage.

"I'm sorry to wake you Coalbi. But I brought you food." Ori said shyly. Coalbi smiled and patted the place next to her.

"Sit with me Ori. I have some important questions for you." Coalbi said. Ori handed her the plate and sat down hesitantly.

"What do you wish to ask me?" Ori asked. Coalbi quickly ate her food and turned to the young dwarf.

"Ori, have you came up with a name for your dragon?" Coalbi questioned. Ori looked down a little in thought a nodded his head.

"I've been thinking on it and last night I had a weird dream. It had the dragon in it but it was talking to me." Ori said quietly, almost uncertainly.

"Listen Ori, I'm asking this so you can tell someone. Ori your dreams of that dragon are very important. You may not understand how important!" Coalbi had a certain desperation in her voice that made Ori nod.

"Okay Coalbi. I'll tell every time I dream of Mercury." Ori said with a smile. Coalbi nodded her head and stood up.

"Come on, the others are probably waiting." She said and Ori stood up. She took her dishes to the kitchen and cleaned them quickly before rejoining Ori in the hall. They walked out of the door, after Coalbi grabbed her cloak.

Outside the dwarves were saddling up the ponies. Ori walked over to his older brothers Nori and Dori. Coalbi walked over to where Gandalf was saddling up his horse.

"Um Gandalf. I don't ride horses." She said quietly but with a slight smile. Gandalf gave her a knowing look and nodded towards Thorin.

"It his decision on if you can. But you might as well do it." Gandalf said. Coalbi nodded and wondered over to Thorin.

"Thorin, I might have a problem here." Coalbi started but stopped when Thorin shot her a glare.

"What is it?" He asked, not exactly pleastant but not too hostile.

"Well I don't ride." She said. Thorin was about to say something when Coalbi held up her hand. She whistled and slowly lowered her hand with her index finger folded.

"What was that for?" Bofur asked from on top of his pony.

"Wait a second." Coalbi said patiently. Suddenly an animal jumped out of the bushes. It had dark brown fur and bright green eyes.

"Donny down." Gandalf said to the animal that was jumping up on him. Slobber dripped from it's mouth with it's tongue hanging out. The animal was a wolf but it was bigger than an average one.

"Baby!! Came here to mommy. Why would you go to Gandalf first?" Coalbi asked the wolf, faking hurt. The wolf whimpered and slowly turned to the female.

"Don't be like that Donny. I still love you, my Darko." The wolf ran up to Coalbi and rubbed on her. The dwarves watched the wolf creature warily.

"Coalbi what is that?" Kili asked. The wolf whipped around and growled.

"Kili, Donny is not a 'that'. He is a Darko. A breed of wolf that is meant to serve it's master till death." Coalbi said, her fingers carding through the dark fur. Donny looked up at her then at the dwarves.

"So are we leaving or not?" Nori asked. Thorin got on his pony and the dwarves followed. Coalbi sat on Donny followed behind the company.

"Hey Bofur want to make a bet?" Nori asked a little while later. Coalbi perked up and sped up next to Bofur, she hardly turned down a bet.
