Dinner With My Family... Ugh

For the rest of my shift me and Soda sat in the back room making out while Steve and Evie covered for us. I really missed being in Soda's arms with his soft lips pressed against mine. After our shift was over Soda drove me home. He pulled up to my house and I gave him a quick kiss on thee lips as I got out of the car and walked up to my porch. Once Soda drove away I ran into my house and screamed "THE WEDDING IS BACK ON." "OH MY GOD" my mom and Cherry screamed in unison as they ran up to me and hugged me. My dad just stood there dumbfounded. After a minute he finally screamed "YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF MARRIED TO THAT HOOD." HE'S NOT A HOOD" I snapped back in a cold icy tone. Just then Johnny and Dally walked downstairs. Dally screamed "HEY WHO YOU CALLIN HOOD BUDDY." My dad just completely ignored him and said " I have to meet him first, have him over for dinner tomorrow night at eight and I will tell you what I think." "fine" I said as I walked over to the phone to call Soda. He said he could come for dinner tomorrow and I told my parents that he was coming tomorrow. We all sat down for dinner. After dinner was over I went upstairs, showered and got ready for bed. I fell asleep that night with a million thoughts flooding my mind. I woke up the next morning and quickly got ready and ran downstairs to eat breakfast. Once we were done me, Cherry, Johnny and Dally all left the house. Me, Cherry and Johnny were going to school and Dally was going around to cause trouble. I had forgiven Dally for what happened that night. He apologized the next day and it wasn't his fault, alcohol does crazy thing to you sometimes, so I couldn't blame him. We got to school about five minutes after Cherry she drove while me and Johnny preferred to walk. Once we got to school we met Two Bit and Evie in the parking lot.  About ten minutes later the first bell rang signaling that we had to go to our lockers. After that the school day went pretty fast. Then after the final dismissal bell the gang met in the parking lot and we walked over to the DX. I walked in, gave Soda a kiss and went into the back room to change into my uniform. I walked back out and went behind the counter and started my shift. It went by pretty quick considering most of the time I was reading magazines and talking to people. After me and Soda's shifts ended he dropped me off at home and said he'd be over at eight. I gave him a quick kiss and walked into my house. When I walked in my dad was reading the newspaper and sitting on the couch and my mom was listening to Elvis records, singing and dancing across the kitchen as she cooked dinner. I announced that I was home and ran upstairs to get ready. I took a quick shower, put my hair in curlers and did my makeup. Then I slipped on a blue dress with matching heels and a pearl necklace and earrings. We all had to dress up even Dally and Johnny had to. Once I was finished getting ready I walked downstairs just in time to hear the doorbell ring. I walked over to the door and opened it. Soda was standing there, he gave me a peck on the cheek and handed me a bouquet of colorful flowers. He was wearing a collared shirt, a jacket and jeans, he also had his hair greased back. He looked really hot. I told him to come in and we walked into my kitchen and put the flowers in a vase and set them on the shelf of a window. After a couple minutes of talking we all sat down for dinner. My dad was constantly questioning Sodapop. At first Soda felt a little uncomfortable, but only to a point where I and I only could tell. After a while he got used to it. Then after dinner we had coffee and dessert. My dad offered him some alcohol but Soda declined it and  told my father that he didn't drink. My dad found that very surprising and liked that quality of him. After dessert me and Soda went  upstairs to my room. We got bored almost instantly, so I threw a pillow at his face. Then he threw one back at me. After a couple minutes we were jumping on the bed having a pillow fight. My dad heard the noise from downstairs and ran upstairs saying " what the hell is going on up here." When he opened the door he saw me and Soda in the middle of our huge pillow fight. He seemed thankful that it wasn't something else going on. He told us to stop making noise. We agreed and layed down on my bed and starting talking about any random thing that popped into our minds. Since it was Friday he was staying over for the night. He stared to kiss my neck and I turned around to face him. He suddenly  stopped and smashed his lips onto mine. We stayed like this for a while and then I started to unbutton his shirt. he pulled  me in closer to him as I pulled off his shirt. He started to unzip my dress as I started to pull of his jeans. Then he started to mess with my bra strap. You can guess where it goes from there...

I hope you like this chapter I meant to update last night but the internet closed out and reopened, so my whole chapter was lost and I was not in the mood to rewrite it.
