I was running errand.Finally,I arrived from my destination.

"Kris?"I called out.

"Isn't the view beautiful?"he asked,"You and this place is the last thing I want to see when I leave."

I stared at him.Man,I was exhausted.And that sneaking in part,good thing the guard was slacking off that's way I got in.

"Why are you standing so far?Come closer,"he ordered gently.

I walked slowly at first.But then when I think about the fact that he's disappearing made me ran and hugged him.

"Please don't go.I'm not ready,yet.I still need you,"I whispered.

"Me,too.I really want to stay a little longer but I'm not the one who is deciding wether to disappear or not,"he replied,patting my head gently.

"Maybe there's a little more time.Let's go take a walk,"I grabbed his arm.

"No,"hhe stopped,"I can't.Look,"he reached out his hand.

To my surprise,half of his hand is almost fading.

"No!!Not,yet!!"I hugged him tightly.Thinking of not letting go.

He chuckled,rubbing my hair,"I know but we have to.You need to let go of me."

I shook my head,"No.I won't."

Just then,my phone rang.

"What?!"I answered angrily.

"Liz?Where are you?"

"Sam?I-I'm with Kris?Why are you using Daphne's phone?"

"We're actually looking for you.Where are you?"

"I'm at the beach near the park."

"Alright.Stay there.We'll be there in 10 minutes."

Then it went off.I turned to Kris.

"Sorry.It was Sam.They said--"

I was shocked.Why is he fading so fast.Half of his body was vanishing.

"Kris.Why are you vanishing so fast?!"

"I wasn't longer,"he chuckled.

"How can you speak so calmly when you're about to disappear?!"I yelled.

"Alright.I'm sorry,"he hugged me,"Liz,when I'm gone,I want you to take care of the necklace I gave you."

"Of course.That's the only remembrance I have from you."

"And I want you to not forget the moment when we were here.Cherish them,okay?"

I nodded my head.He leaned closer.

"I love you,"he whispered.

"I love you too."
