Ensorcelled Enigma (One direction, Fantasy)

"What do you mean?" I asked leaning forward. the shock of the sentence hit us hard. I couldn't fathom the reason for which she had drawn such a conclusion.

"You all know the story of the four guardians but in pieces. I need you to know the whole truth and it's important that whatever spoken in this room must not leave these four walls." She waved at Darwin and he chanted something. A huge mirror appeared in front of him. he tapped the Ruby at the top of the mirror and spirals of energy filled the clear glass surface.The spirals cleared to show a picture. it was like the visions I had, murky at the beginning but then it got clearer. It was a Man. Handsome with long dark hair. he wore a long garb, a deep shade of blue. His eyes were shrouded with sadness as he entered a forest.

"That's Merlin." Esme answered my unspoken thought.

"The great Wizard?" Harry asked. his eyes shining with curiosity and awe.I noticed his posture. even he was leaning forward with intense curiosity burning in his eyes. we were huddled on the couch with Aaron next to me, followed by Carlyle and Liam sat on the armrest. on the other couch facing ours was Harry right in front of him, beside him sat Lou then Duke and Zayn preferred to lean against the wall at the back.

"Yes. What do you know about him?" She asked and I sighed.

Is this really the time to test us?

"Magician, Prophet and advisor. he was a Son of an angel and the royal princess of Dyfed." Cathy spoke out, her voice was frail..tired. she took the greater hit. I don't know what passed between her and Stefan but the look on her face was clear enough to tell me she grieved his death.

"He was named Emrys at his birth in Caer-Fyrddin. He is also known as Myrddin" Aaron continued.

"Pretty basic but you need to know a little about his life as well. At least what is important to you. After the death of his nephew and his four brothers, Myrddin fled to the forest of Caledonian. He lived there in a mad frenzy until one day he found a child which he recognized had exceptional powers like him and named her Artemis (the child of wilderness)." Darwin explained and I watched with keen interest as the man in the mirror lifted up a small bundle covered in leaves. he uncovered the cloth and there it was, a beautiful baby looking at him with large brown eyes. The aura in the room had changed as if we were experiencing what he was.

"He was determined to take better care of her and so decided to bring her to the court of Strathclyde where he thought she would be safe. She had somehow brought him back to life. He wanted to nurture her. The kingdom was soon under attack and he decided to teleport her to another realm of Amara which later came to be known as Nevan." Esme continued. I could see Merlin teleporting a young girl of merely 6 years to a beautiful place where a lady in a yellow flowing gown welcomed them. she was beautiful. two kids stood behind her watching young Artemis curiously.

"I know what happens next. The kingdom is ruled by King Ardelius and his wife Evelyn and they have two children Prince Edwin and Princess Ascilia." Duke pointed out and Esme nodded.

"The king of Amara was a descendant of Aurelianus family I.e he was a nephew of Myrddin and Queen Evelyn Caer was the daughter of Clotho Caer (the angel of destiny) She fell for the king when he visited her friend's kingdom where they held a ball and even the king was invited. as they married she lost all her powers. You see she wasn't supposed to marry a mortal but she defied her father's wishes and changed her destiny" Darwin continued.

"it was thought that she lost her powers. The king had a dream once where he found out about the way to unveil the map of orinion which was hidden in his royal palace. You see the king had a council. he discussed the matter with them as he wasn't sure what to do about the power he had come to discover. they were of the opinion that the power should be kept hidden for the sake of man and other beings but one of the members was against it. he believed his Highness had all the right to wield the power and claim the universe as his own. the sorcerer was Rhiamon." Esmerine put in and the scene flashed on the mirror. the man in the dark Hood had a distinct moon mark on his left wrist. his eyes blazed with fire as he yelled angrily at the king who looked distraught.
