Sabrina's POV
Two days have come and gone and there is still no sign of mom and dad we haven't heard off them for over a week and we're starting to get really worried, we've made up a few stories to tell Mia like "mom and dad are helping Minnie and Mickey at Disney and will be home very soon" but we don't know how much longer we can keep it Up she is a smart 4 year old you know!! I woke up and went into the kitchen and grabbed a pop tart before replying to a text from bradley
B ~ hey sab have you heard from your parents yet? xx
S ~ no nothing yet gorgeous starting to panic now xx
B ~ I'm sure there is an excuse for all of this they wouldn't want to hurt you in any way xx
S ~ I hope so xx
B ~ don't worry babe !! I'm sure their fine I can always come and get Mia if you guys need some time alone

After texting bradley I was bought back to reality by Sarah "yoo hoo hello family" she screamed placing Mia on the Ireland "if you don't mid moving you ass so I can get me some food" she said pushing me away from the cupboard "if you ass weren't so big maybe we could both stand there" I replied with some sass "ohh girl did you just say my ass is big" she replied clicking her fingers "too right I did" I replied mimicking her "ohh girl ima bout to rip out you weave" she replied back "it is on like donkey kong" I said before we both wrestled each other to the floor "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT" Mia screamed from the Ireland. "If you two immature children could stop rolling around on the floor I have something to say" Shannon said sitting on one of the bar stools, Sarah and I both stood up and blew our hair from our eyes before absolutely going into hysterics, "Mia go into the living room I'll be in there in a sec" I said lifting her off the counter and shutting the kitchen door so she wouldn't hear anything. "As I was saying, I've had a text from mom and dad" Shannon said getting her phone out of her pocket "does it say when they're coming home" Sarah asked "read it for yourselves" she said placing her phone on the Ireland top.

Family meeting tonight at 5pm on skype very important your there don't let Mia hear anything mom and dad xx

"Well that was vague" I said handing Shannon back her phone "ok I didn't do anything this time" Sarah said raising her hands up in a surrender pose "well we'll find out this evening" Shannon said before going to leave the kitchen "wait where are you going" I asked "none of your business" I heard before hearing the front door slam "hey at least we know she's never going to change" Sarah said before taking a bite out of her pop tart and taking one in the living room for Mia.

So Sarah, Shannon and I were sat in the living room with Sarah's computer ready to skype mom and dad, Sarah put Mia down for a nap in the cinema room with a movie on if she was to wake-up. "Is it me or are we all really scared" I asked breaking the silence "well let's be honest whenever mom and dad host a family meeting its never a good thing" Sarah said whilst fiddling with the laptop, our conversation was cut short by the ringing sound of the Skype call, we were hesitant at first but Shannon took charge and opens the video chat "hi mom and dad" we all said together "hi girls" they replied "when are you coming home" Sarah asked turning the volume up slightly, they looked at each other before dad spoke up "that's what we're calling about" dad said with a nervous look on his face "what's there to talk about, your coming home right" I asked "sweetie, were really busy at the moment so at the moment your father and I are staying in New York for a while" mom said "how long is a while" Shannon asked getting slightly angry, they exchanged looks again before dad said "about 6 months or maybe even a year depending on how well these coming months..." He got out before being interrupted by Sarah "and what about us .. Your family ... What about Mia ... And Sabrina ... Work should never come before family" she replied tears running down her cheeks "Sarah honey, it's not that long" mom said attempting to clam her down "not that long ohh no don't worry about your four year old daughter who is constantly asking where mommy and daddy is and I suppose were telling her that your not coming home" Sarah said still crying "girls were sorry but we have to go" they said ending the call as simple as that.

Mia's pov
So I just woke up and Alice in wonderland is on but I can't see Sarah, Sabrina or Shannon anywhere, I can hear them in the living room I'll go and see them, besides I really really need some popcorn. I walk down the stairs but I can hear someone else too mom and dad !!! When I get to the living room door I hear them taking but right before I open the door I hear Sarah crying and saying

" ..... I suppose were telling her that your not coming home"

What ?!! Mommy and daddy aren't coming home?? But why?? Don't they love us???!!!

Shannon's POV
So we just ended the Skype call with mom and dad Sabrina's sat comforting Sarah when their both crying, I'm trying to be the adult and show that it doesn't scare me and comfort the two of them it's really hard being the oldest of 3 sisters !! "We'll be fine I promise" I said putting my arms around the two of them "why are you being so kind all of a sudden" Sabrina asked lifting her head from Sarah's shoulder "I thought you hated us" Sarah asked looking me in the eyes "I could never hate you, you get on my nerves sometimes because we argue but I would never hate you, I hate it when you cry and I wish I could stop it but unfortunately I can't ..." I replied embracing them both in a hug "we love you Shannon" they both replied crying into my shoulder "I love you guys too" I replied kissing both their foreheads. We stayed like this and I was just looking at door when I noticed something ... "I'll be right back" I said moving from Sabrina and Sarah's grip. I opened the door to find Mia sat down by the bottom of the staircase, when she saw me she almost run away in fear "how much did you hear" I asked slowly moving towards her "mommy and daddy aren't coming home are they" she said tears running down her cheeks "no sweetie, they're not but guess what" I said sitting down on the step "what ??" She asked sitting next too me "we'll be just fine, I promise" I said hugging her tight "how do you know" she asked her tear stained face looking up at me "I just do because I'm old and I'm wise" I said kissing her forehead "you know Shannon maybe your not so scary after all" Mia said resting her head on my shoulder "thank you Mia that makes me happy" I said chuckling. I moved back into the living room and explained to Sarah and Sabrina what Mia heard and we just talked for awhile "so if you don't hate us why are you so mean all the time" Sarah asked eating some popcorn I made "do you know how much pressure is on me to be a good influence to all of you? Do you know what it's like when someone has high expectations because your the oldest??" I replied before it went silent "I'm not mean, I've protected you from so so much you just never realised" I said breaking the silence "name one time" Sabrina said looking deep into my eyes "when you lost your favourite teddy bear" I said pointing to Sarah "so ..." She said "I saved up all of my pocket money to buy you a knew one because mom and dad were too busy with work" I replied, "and you ..." I said pointing to Sabrina "your 12th birthday party" I said "everyone was too busy paying attention to Mia to pay attention to you, I sat there, playing and talking to you and I saved all of my money too buy you that one guitar because I know mom and dad didn't buy it for you" I replied noticing the tears in her eyes "and you ..." I said pointing to Mia "when you were sick on the hospital and everybody had gone home to sleep, I stayed and talked to you while you were asleep for twelve hours" I said moving her too my lap "but why??" Mia asked "because I love you and well I have to ... It's my job to protect you from things" I said moving hair from her face. It was silent for awhile before I went into the Kitchen to order pizza, after I'd finished ordering the pizza I was surrounded by hugs from Sarah, Sabrina and Mia "what's this for" I said attempting to hug them back "nothing ...... Everything" Sabrina said hugging me tighter "you want to know something?" I asked, they all nodded "this is one of the best things about being the older sister" I said kissing them all on the forehead.
