Avery's POV

"What?" Tumawa ako at umiling sa sinabi niya. "Don't have to deny the obvious babe."

I saw his ears turned red. Then next was his face. I laughed more at his discomfort and embarrassment. Talagang hindi lang siya sanay sa mga gantong bagay.

"Stop it, Av." He rolled his eyes, and I laughed again. Cute. Haha.

"Why are you asking me to stop? It's not like you can control me or something." I said.

This time, he smiled mischievously. What the hell. I knew this smile.

"Control you or something? You bet." He slowly moved towards me and smiled devilishly. I took a step back. He looked at me straight to the eye. "I can, baby..."

At ayon nga. Hinabol niya ako upang kilitiin! God, how I hated to be tickled! Diyan naman yan magaling! Alam niya kasing weakness ko iyon!

Kiniliti niya ako hanggang sa halos mamatay-matay na ako sa katatawa at lumuluha na iyong mga mata ko. Ugh! I seriously hate this!

Then it happened.

He stopped tickling me. I was lying on the sofa and he was above me. I didn't know how we ended up in this position but I found him staring on my lips. And I also gazed at his.

His eyes now were filled with sincerity, amusement, longing, care, desire and... something else.

"Avery..." His warm and hot breath fanned my face as he inched closer to me. I could feel my heart pounding so fast, and I am glad it was the same as his. I could feel the fast beating of his heart as he moved closer.

He caressed my hair and then he slightly brushed his lips on my lips as if this is the first time we share a kiss. His lips were warm and soft and hot. I closed my eyes as our kiss became deeper. I felt his hands caressing my hair to my arm. I felt my skin shiver at the touch of his. He has this effect on me.

I pulled him closer as I encircled my arm around his neck and our kiss deepened. Oh my, what a sweet torture.

We were both breathing raggedly when our kiss stopped. His forehead against mine and we were both smiling, looking at each other's eyes. Damn.

"I love you." He said shyly, at itinungo niya ang kanyang ulo sa aking leeg. He showered small kisses there.

"I love you too." We are contented with what we have now. We don't need to hurry, anyway. We have all the time in the world.

Siguro kaunting pagkilala nalang sa isa't isa at sigurado akong sa susunod, magiging mas maganda na ang takbo nitong relasyon namin.

"Oh! Iyon ba?" I said, reminiscing the accident that had happened this morming in the school cafeteria. "It is alright. Don't worry."

"No, Miss Avery." He shook his head. Kaunti lang naman iyong natapon kaninang sauce sa damit ko. "I really am sorry. Please do me a favor. Binabagabag talaga ako ng konsensya ko knowing that you were late in your class this morning because of what I've done."

Natawa ako sa sinabi niya. Binabagabag huh. It's not a big deal but he's making it as if it is a matter between life and death.

But really, I do appreciate his sincerity and of course, his way of apologizing. Kung ganito lang sana lahat ng lalaki sa mundo kapag nakagawa ng kasalanan, malamang mabilis siguro silang mapapatawad.

I smiled at him and nodded my approval. "Okay."

"It is a pleasure." He smiled and guided me towards the MHAU Café. Manglilibre siya para naman daw makabawi kahit sa ganoong paraan lang.

A girl got out of the Café just as we were about to enter and I saw her stiffened when she saw Ulysses, the guy who accidentally spilled the drink on me.

Nakita ko ang unti-unting pamumuo ng kaunting luha sa kanyang mga mata as she stare at Ulysses then glanced at me.

Napatingin ako sa lalaking kasama ko and I saw nothing. No emotion at all, his face is blank. What is happening? Though hindi ko man alam ang nangyayari, alam kong may namamagitan sa dalawang ito. The tension guys. I can feel it.

"Ulysse-" The girl tried to reach out but stopped as she heard Uly say something. To me.

"Let's get inside Avery, shall we?" He smiled at me and placed his arm around my shoulder. As if nothing is happening right now.

I should've said a**hole  to this man 'cause it is obvious that this girl in front of me was hurt but I thought... hindi ko naman alam ang nangyayari eh. Hindi ko alam ang istorya so better not judge.

Tumango nalang ako at pumasok na kami sa loob. Gustuhin ko mang tanungin siya tungkol doon but I think I don't have the right to be nosy about it. Kakakilala pa nga lang namin eh. So I'll just let it be.

Tinanong na ako ni Ulysses sa order ko at siya na ang pumunta sa counter. Gwapo si Ulysses. He looks like Daniel Matsunaga but a younger version. I know he is a good guy.

Habang pumipila si Uly, nahagip ng mga mata ko ang isang taong papasok, wearing his jersey and cap na pabaliktad na isinuot. He is so damn hot while just wearing those. I was about to call him when I saw a girl behind him. I narrowed my eyes after seeing them.

Nagtama agad ang mga mata namin ni Raven and... dammit, it was so cold! Ano na namang ginawa ko?! Ganyan lang naman iyan kapag may nagagawa akong hindi niya ikanatutuwa.

We were staring at each other na para bang may gustong sabihin ngunit agad siyang nagbawi ng tingin, still emotionless at naupo sila noong babaeng yun sa may table kaharap namin. Nananadya ba siya?!

Shit. I can't help but feel my heart sink to the deepest part of the ground right now. I cursed again. Sino ba iyang babaeng yan? I thought... okay naman kami ni Raven kanina diba?

Nagbago ba siya? Oo, nakita ko naman iyon. Pero bakit parang bumabalik siya sa dating... siya?

I don't know why but he's making me feel confused. Ano ba talaga?

"Ito na Miss Avery." He smiled again and placed our orders on the table. "Let's eat."

"O-okay." I choked a reply when I felt a pang on my chest seeing him with another girl. Ang oa ko talaga. Ang bilis ko naman masaktan.

Why the hell am I like this???
