#4 The Gifts

A/n- I don't own any character, Uncle Rickey does. Duh.;)

Percy's POV

       After The Olympians made me an god I was feeling really good. It felt like I was awake after drinking 10 large cups of coffee. My body sort of radiated power, and that was really weird at first and slowly I got habituated to it. After a while Zeus tells me that I would be getting gifts from all the gods and grinned like a mad man.
       "Who would like to go first?" Zeus asked the Olympians.
       "I'll go first." Ares said, which kind of shocked me as he always hated my guts.

Ares's POV

       I said to Zeus that I would go and give gift to that punk first. I hated his guts since I met him but his work towards betterment of Olympus was truly commendable.
       "Hey puck get your ass here" I said to Percy and pointed towards the front of my throne.
       He got there and started to stare at me,man I hated this kid. I thought for a good gift and finally arrived at one after a second of thought. I saw others were thinking their gifts.
       I raised my right hand and pointed towards him and said "I give you the gift of knowledge. Knowledge of all weapons ever created, their strengths and weaknesses." I red light fell on him and after a minute or so it died out.
       "Thanks Ares" he said and showed a light bow.[ Percy felt a burning sensation in his mind and found out that he could analyse all weapons he known and know their weaknesses]
       "I would go next" Apollo said.

Apollo's POV

       I liked Percy from the first day I met him as he was funny and loyal which I respected a lot. Both not only the loyal part. When I was during him I saw the whole incident from his position and felt saddened by it.
        I thought for a while about his gift and finally reached at a conclusion while Ares gives Percy his gift.
       "Com on here Perce" I said to Percy. He nodded and came in front of me. 
       Similar to Ares I pointed my right arm and said "I give you the gift of Archery and Music. It will help you in your future." While saying that golden light fell on Percy and after a minute it vanished.[Percy really wanted to listen to a haiku]
     "Thanks man you really helped out my archery problem" he said and all the gods chuckled at that.
     "I would go next" Hermes said.

Hermes's POV

     I really like Percy as he honoured Luke after finding out the truth and unlike others called him brave for Luke's final choice. Percy was a good demigod and was liked by all of us but not all admitted it.
     He came and stood before my throne.
     "I give you the gift of escaping. No door will be locked before you and if anyone locks you in any type of lock it will free you." I said and a brownish golden fell on him and after some seconds the light died.[Percy felt sort of freed, that was a really weird feeling]
     "Thank you Hermes" he said and bowed a little.
     "I am going next" said Dinoysus.

Dinoysus's POV

Man I really started to like this guy for keeping his promise to me at the Titan war, he did save my other son from dying. I thought of a good gift for this guy.
I pointed my hand at him and said "I give you the power of mental and physical immunity. You will never ever be harmed by mental attacks like the ones by Meade and be immune to poisons" a purple light fell on him.
"Thank you Mr.D" Percy said. [He felt that even Piper couldn't charmspeak him]
"I'm going next" Athena said.

Athena's POV

I really hated this kid for his relationship with my daughter, but slowly he proved that he can save the world and save his friends even with such a fatal flaw. He earned my respect after he recovered my statue along with the others. I thought of a good gift for him.
He approached my throne and I said " I give you the power of strategy, when you are in a fight or are on a mission you will be able to analyse the situation and find out the best way to solve it" I said and he glowed in a grey light.
"Thank you Milady" Percy bowed and said that [He felt planning going on his mind and that was definitely weird in a good way I guess]
"I'm up next" Aphrodite squealed happily.
