Connor's POV

I was still in shock from last night.

Ashton had come to me, scared for my safety, and I comforted her. I didn't even know there was a comforting side to me, much less that it would choose to come out when Ash was around.

But I was starting to think I might know why. Do I like her?

I shook the thought out of my brain, and headed for breakfast. I needed my protein before training today. 

When I reached the dining hall, I grabbed some cereal, fruit, and a glass of orange juice. I sacrificed some, and then went to go sit down at the Hermes table.

When I had eaten halfway through my plate of food, someone whacked me upside the back of my head.

"Hey, Stoll." Ashton's voice came from behind me. I turned around to see her smirking as she sat down beside me.

"Hey, Pinky. By the way, you're not exactly supposed to sit there." I smirked.

"Yeah, like I care." We laughed.

"Hey Big-T." Ash greeted Travis as he joined us at the table.

"Since when are you a Hermes kid?" Travis smiled.

"Since never, I just felt like sitting here." She grinned.

"Yeah, 'cause that's gonna go over well." I added.

"Well what if I say 5 magic words?" She offered, a mischievous twinkle in her eyes.

"Depends on what they are." I laughed. 

"Help me plan a prank."

"Done. You can sit here anytime you want, Fish-Girl." Travis laughed.

"Cool. I need help pranking Percy." She grinned mischievously.

"May we ask why?" Travis and I said in unison. 

"Nope." She laughed. "Now let's plan the darn prank."

So that's what we did.
