Faiths POV

Something didn't feel right.

I found them easily... they hadn't really tried to cover their tracks, which could only mean one of two things - either they did some sloppy cleaning work, or they wanted me to find them.

For their sake, I hope it weren't the latter.

As we reached a clearing, I saw the mouth of a dimly lit cave - my pups scent was strong here.

So this is where they're keeping my Sin.

3rd Persons POV

"I don't want anyone interfering this battle." Faith announced, as the pack zoned in on the caves entrance. "This is between me and the traitors."

Nobody spoke, but a hesitant nod was given towards her - one that she didn't fail to sense. Even Jared stayed quiet - not wanting to upset Faith further, with disrespect from his side.

"I want you all to mask your scents and watch." Her Alpha Command proved to be strong and unwavering. "No matter what happens, no-one is allowed to speak. Everyone stay in position, and learn from your Alpha."

She wandered in alone, closer to her pups destination. She could sense others around, but she didn't bother with them.

She knew what she had got herself into the minute her Sin was taken. She'd figured them out before she figured who the culprits were.

She had learnt a lot from her father. Even if he wasn't with her anymore, he proved to still be by her side. In times like these, never failed to guide her - his every lesson ingrained into her soul, along with his memory.

Her heart beat faster at the thought that she'd finally get to meet her Sin again.

It's been 26 hours. She reminded herself, only making her walk faster towards the perpetrators. Sin has missed a feeding. He'll be very hungry right now. I must find him and fast -

"Ah! Ah! Ahh!" One one the dungeon warriors taunted, waving a mocking finger back and forth whilst his other hand clamped tightly over Sin's skull.

A trap. I knew it, but I still let myself get caught. Maya thought, halting her approach - knowing full well what these people were capable of. They wouldn't hesitate to murder an innocent.

I needed them to show there selves. She kept her eyes closed, her ears anticipating any tell-tale sounds of movement. I needed them to bring Sin to me, to see if he's ok.

She took a minute to sense everyone's heart rate and breathing, analysing their states of health. She smelt no fresh blood of Sin's, so had come to the conclusion that he must not have been physically harmed.

He just needs some blood. She exhaled deeply, grateful to the Goddess for watching over her pup. He sounds weak, but otherwise fine.

"One wrong move and your beloved Sin's head will be crushed to mush." He sounded excited at the prospect.

He won't be when I do the same to him. She thought, darkly - clenching her teeth and tightening her fists to stop herself from attacking the filth before her.
