Brenda's POV

I stare at the side of Lucas, as he tries to wrap his knuckles with a gauze. Keyword tries.

"I got it." I sigh as I walk towards him. I wrap the gauze around his fist correctly. I then do his other fist. I feel his eyes on me but instead of looking up at him, I walk away to his room. I grab my phone and sit on his bed.

"Wassup."

"What do you mean?"

"I know something's wrong with you." He says sitting down in a chair. "And I wanna know."

"You wanna know what's wrong with me?" He nods. I walk towards him, grab his hand and point to his knuckles.

"This is what's wrong with me." I walk to his draw and go to the bottom grabbing a gun from under his shirts. I hold it up.

"Ok I'll get rid of it then." He says.

"This is the only reason I'm mad."

"What are the other reasons?"

"The fact that I don't know if I'm gonna see you tomorrow, I know that when I leave here I know where your gonna go. the fact that if I do see you tomorrow I'll have some blood to clean up, the fact that I know you have a gun and where you hide it," he sighs.

"Ok fine what are you saying?"

"I want you to leave the gang."

"What?" He asks standing up.

"I want you to leave the gang."

"Now why would I do that?"

"Because I'm asking you to?" He just looks at me.

"For real Lucas, I want you to leave." I say.

"I'm not leaving." He says walking away from me.

"Come on Lucas think about it, do you really want to still be in a gang when we go to college." I say following him to the kitchen

He shrugs his shoulders.

"Please, please, please,please." I say hugging him. I pull his head down so he's looking at me.

"Baby come on, I'm tired of wondering when or if I'm gonna see you and what if you get caught how are you suppose to go to a good college. Come on Lucas for me?" I ask pecking his lips. He rolls his eyes.

"Whatever fine."

"Thank you." I say jumping up on him, wrapping my legs around his waist. I kiss all over his face.
