Letters to Niall

prologue

I have been stuck in the dark all of my life, that even the stars don't seem so bright. That even the midnight moon breaks its promise, there's no sun to be shining soon. Yet, the day I met you was a break in my storm, the clouds opened up, the flare peaked through. My eyes saw you, and ever since, you have been my guiding light, the hand I hold to get through the lurid night.

I follow you through the shadows, I follow you through the gloom. I'll follow till I lay to rest in my tomb. you've been fluorescent, with open eyes and a beating heart. You let me rest in your rib cage, settle in your veins. And I can't help but see you as you glow, one that I pray will never out, or go.
