Marynel's POV

We are now at the feet of the Aelvens Palace as,we neared the castle doors.Fear course through my body.Dave sensing my fear,pull my hood up and make me use his bandana to cover my self.So that no one will notice my presence.Then he whispers words to assure me that he would never let harm near me.When I have manage to calmed my self.I look at Irish and saw her countenance turns dark.Then a prickling sensation,that the fiery red flares eminates out of her body making all of us to back away in fear.I gathered my self together,undaunted, I neared her putting my hands on top of her shoulder, to calm her rage.Tears fell down on my eyes, as our gaze meet I gave her a faint smile giving her a knowing look that I understand what she felt.She break our gaze looking down as the flares of her raging fury subsides.

I returned on Dave's side as Knight went to her side.

I'm so proud to have you as my mate!....Your pure heart and innocence can thawed even a burning furnace.You may be weak physically but you wield a strong heart of a true Luna. Dave said as he hugged me from my back then in a swift movement he turned me to face him to kissed me. Envading my lips without my permission.Stealing my first kiss like an unexpected thief while, I as a willing victim let him stole it away.

I felt my face heat up feeling conscious towards his gestures while all the eyes of the armies are locked on us.Dazed of a sudden display of affection,in the middle of difficulty.

We remain outside as the Irish went in all alone telling us that she need to face my father alone.As she entered the door,Knight followed her inside.When we felt the earth shook and loud noised reverberates coming from the inside of the castle wall.

All the armies were on their guard taking their defensive stance.In case the armies of my father make a sudden attack.Knight and Irish broke out from the doors opening and went out.Telling us that we have to leave the palace urgently.

As we made our escape,I clung on Dave's arms and dip my face on his chest.As I saw Darius blocking our way,trembling with fear,frightened that if he see's me He would do everything to take me away from Dave.I heard a faint sound of commotion around me.As Dave hugged me protectively to assure me that he won't let harm come near me.
When the earth shook I let out a cry as fear get the best out of me.I heard the Princess yelled asking if everybody is well and if no one got hurt. But I can no longer respond as I felt numb and frozen in fear.As the cry of war resonate in the air,deafening me,making my sight blurred. My the Gods help us all!.....I uttered as a swarming dark creature approaching to our direction coming out from every direction surrounding us.In a swift movement Dave leap out of the horse taking me with him.He took me to the safest spot he could find and leaves me there,telling me not to come out of my hiding.And that he will be back as soon as the war abates.

Before he leave me,he gave me an assuring smile and peck a quick kiss on my lips.

I'll be back soon I promise!....stay hidden don't come out unless you heard me call out for you.He said then he crouch down closing his eyes,I look at him daze,I heard the popping and cracking sound of his bone as he shifted hair grows rapidly on his back,panting heavily then he grows his muzzle and pointed ears ,clothes torned as he morphed into a majestic shinny sliver grey wolf with golden eyes.He stood with all his might,he took his stance and howls.Signaling all the other werewolf to shift, tilting his head gesturing me to hide,then in a swift movement he went to Knights side.Devouring every enemy with ferocity using his powerful jaw.Side by side the two move with stealth and lethal attack.While Irish fought a battle of her own levitating her self in the air throwing thunderbolts at her hidden enemy.But as for me I'm in here looking at them from afar.For I can offer no help for them.While I take cover in between the huge boulders.I took a sit and covers my ear with my hands crouching down.I can't stand the sight.... its haunting me!.....my body is shaking in fear as I saw blood covers the ground turning it to an ocean of blood.

As the war ended and silence fills the air,I heard a faint growl from the outside of the boulder.I got up wiping my tears,walking out.I saw Slade his muzzle dretch with dripping blood.When he saw me coming out of the boulder.He pounce excitedly on the ground whinning, wagging his tail.I rush to his side to pet his fluffy head,placing a kiss on his temple.Then I hugged him.In response he licked my cheeks with his tongue.He tilt his head gesturing me to climb on his back.I clutch on his furr coat as he dash out heading to the direction of our retreating group.
