Dave's POV

We lay for about an hour staring at the starry clear sky of the night.

Dave!.....we should get back home now Irish and Lana is waiting for us.I left them the moment I find out you took off for a run.Please don't be mad at them. It was all my fault.All the blame should be put on me.She uttered,hurriedly she hoist herself up and dust away the twigs and dirt that covers her clothes.

I sitted my self and hug my legs with my two muscular arms as I stare up at her.Not uttering a word I just smiled at her.The heaviness of my heart were all gone now.

What is it?Marynel ask me confused as to why I wasn't moving and she thought something is wrong with me.She quickly kneel her self beside me and touch my forehead and her hands travel all over me to check for any injury.

In case you haven't notice until now I am barely dressed my love how can I possibly walk with you on the way home.I told her with a laugh,then I crouch down to take my shift.In a blink Slade stood tall in front of her.With his grey furr coat shinning as the light of the moon shone down upon us.I tip my head back to gesture her to come near me and get on my back.So I can carry her on my back,she carefully climb on my back.And I make sure she was properly sitted and secure at my back.I trudge down heading to the woods and find our way back to the pack house.

In my head I ask mom in our mind link to get some clothes for me outside the house.

At the Porch their they stood waiting for our arrival,Irish,Mom and Lana,all the three draw a sad and worried expression on their faces.But upon seeing us all of them breath a sigh of relief and run towards us.

Thank goodness you were both safe!....…Mom cried as she throw her self at us.As my clothes that she carried with her fell down on the ground.

Mom let go your squishing my mate!....I whined as she gave us both a tight bear hug,she my have a small frame but mom got a massive strength of a male.I told my self at I wriggle my self free from her tight hug.I grab my clothes with my muzzle and walk away from then to find a covered spot to shift so I could change quickly.

Its because the two of you make me so worried sick!...I almost wreck the whole house when I found out about what happen with the two of you.Your dad even went out to look for the two of you.But don't worry I already told him both of you were here now.And he said he is on his way back here.As quick as her anger flare at her first word swinging her hands up in the air.As quickly it evaporate as she uttered her last word.

Mom relax were both fine were not harm or anything!.I told her as I came out from the bushes wearing a new clothes on....Look I need some favor from the three of you.Can we please get inside and discuss this over a cup of coffee?.... I ask as I hold Marynel's cold hands with my warm big hands.

Once inside we all took a sit in the kitchen,as mom poured us all a freshly brewed coffee.I ask Marynel to took a sip for her to ease the chilled she felt.When I noticed that she is shivering.

As I was saying back their at the porch I need your help.I want you to help me to make Marynel learn her ways in the human realm. For she is going to be the Luna of this pack.She might be needing to be familiar with her surrounding and cope with it.She can't remain innocent of things around her for if she does it will in danger her with or with out our knowledge.So I'm asking the three of you to help me out in this.For I got lots of task at hand being an Alpha.And I cannot be with her all the time to watch over her and thought her thing all the time.Can I count on you on this matter?I ask as I let my eyes travel from one person to another.Waiting for their response with a hopefully look in my eyes.
