Jasmine stood still. Slightly dazed and confused. It took her a moment to recognize the the older man, staring down at her. He was probably her father's age, maybe a little older. His eyes were a light blue eyes and dark blonde hair, that was cut rather short

It was the man that had been so clearly, staring at her cleavage, only hours before. Though, now that she got a better look at the man, she realized that he had a few too many, to drink

"Jasmine right?" He asked, losing his balance for a moment, stumbling backwards

As soon as he opened his mouth, she smelt the disgusting oder of alcohol and cigarette smoke

"Yeah, uh...I was just going inside to find my father" she told him, stepping back, only to be pulled back in his arms

"No! Stay. Let's talk" he smiled, drowsily. Small wrinkles, forming around his eyes

"Umm..I'd love to, but I should really get back inside" Jasmine smiled, trying to lesson his grip on her sides

"If you'd love to, then stay" he said, looking down at her breasts

Jasmine opened her mouth, but the words never left her mouth. Instead, she slowly stumbled back, nearly falling on her ass. Luckily, whoever had pulled the drunk man off of her, also wrapped his arms under her arms. He held her tightly against him, making sure she wouldn't disappear. When Jasmine looked up, she realized that it was Killian

"I told you to go home, Bennet. You've had too much to drink" Killian spoke up. His voice was low and gruff, as he looked at the older man, who could barley stand still on his own two feet

The man, once again smiled lazily, taking out his car keys

"No, no, no" Killian said, letting go of Jasmine to reach the stumbling drunk "You're not driving in this condition! I already called a cab, its waiting for you" he said. As if on command, a dark car pulled up besides the them

Killian grabbed on to the dazed man and helped him inside the vehicle. He gave the driver, Bennet's address and then closed the door, watching the black car disappear around the corner

He stood still...frozen with his back to Jasmine, who just wanted to hold onto him for as long as she could

She heard him take a deep breath and then he turned around and walked towards Jasmine, not meeting her eyes

"It'll get cold soon" he simply said and placed his jacket over my bare shoulders "Now go back inside, I'm heading home" he said and turned around to walk away

The sadness behind his eyes, was unmistakable and the pain behind the words, was heart wrenching

Jasmine watched him start walking away and from her heart squeeze. There was a pit in her stomach, that dropped, as she saw him leaving her behind

"No" she whispered, watching him

Killian took his keys out and unlocked the door, looking back at the young woman, who's heart was pounding so hard, she could hear it in her ears

He offered her a small smile before jumping into the car and buckling up

He was going to leave her. Leave her just like her mom did, without a word, unnoticed. He wanting coming back to her

Panic set in and Jasmine did the first thing she thought of

"No" she said again, running out into the road, as he pulled out of his parking spacing. He was looking down, as she jumped out into the street
